If you are struggling to find the right bathing suit. Go to this location! The girls here are amazing. The retail worker helping me her name was Angelica. She was wonderful very caring and it did not matter how my bathing suits I tried on. Her customer service skills are top notch! Thank you again Angelica

not knowing that bikini village had mens swimwear - I came in not knowing what I wanted. The workers there are wonderful and know there stuff! Alexa was great help and knew the products.

Best service was had by Abbey!! She is so knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I left with a bathing suit that I was comfortable in. Good service is hard to find but Abbey...SHE'S A STAR!!!⭐️

Thursday Evening I had such a wonderful experience looking for bathing suits for my trip! I wanted to thank and acknowledge the lovely lady that helped me, I unfortunately dont remember her name but her employee number was 28509 (found on the receipt). She went above and beyond helping me find different bathing suits and bringing great suggestions! I never had such attentive and great service, I hope she is acknowledged by management because she is amazing!!!! Loved the entire experience

This was one of the most joyful experience I have ever had at a retail store. I have never been to a bathing suit store before and the second I walked into the store I was welcomed with open arms and got the best customer experience at this location. They gave honest opinions on what looked nice on me and what didn’t and they gave amazing compliments to me that made me feel very good about myself. I highly recommend this location!

This store had most of the things I was looking for in stock as opposed to the other stores in Ottawa and the folks that work there were really knowledgeable and kind. Angélica and Julie have been amazing, answered all my questions, helped find alternatives and then went an extra mile after my purchase. Highly recommend this store.

I just went in to find a bikini which can often be a bit frustrating but Julie and Alexa made it a great experience. They helped me throughout, getting me sizes, suggesting different items and dealing with me trying on the whole store. They were very friendly and respectful and made me feel very confident in my decision. I walked out w a bikini and fun beach pants thanks to them and their awesome help. I am very very happy!!
