Got a cool chair for working from home. Good product, good service. Took a few trips to get it right but this is my first experience with them. In the end it is a happy ending.

Mariam demonstrated expert product knowledge, and patiently helped me order my HAG Capisco with custom upholstery and the lesser-known flat seat. I was allowed to test the Capisco in-store for a couple hours on multiple occasions to really see if it was a fit for me, and I was welcomed each time. Mariam carefully listened to my concerns and I never once felt pressured or rushed. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had, absolutely outstanding Mariam!

Excellent in-store service, very knowledgeable and helpful sales representative, took his time with us, made us feel like our business was important and our needs were fully understood. Product arrived on time, exactly to specs and we are glad we shopped around and got a high quality product.

I just bought a tcentric chair and honestly I’m quite impressed by Chance (salesperson) because he was thorough with the entire process and I think because of that I made a very confident purchase.

Mariam was very patient and helpful in helping my aunt and I find the best chair that suits her needs. The chairs were not only superb but the customer experience went above and beyond what we were expecting.

I went to this store to try some chairs as my employer offer this brand for us to buy. I talked to John and despite him knowing I can't buy from his store and I have to order through my employer he showed me all features of the chairs and helped me understand their differences.

Good chair .. Bad showroom ExperienceI bought two chairs and so far they are good. Time will tell if they are durable or remain comfortable.The salesperson, Mariam, however seemed to push hard for using a customised product versus a stand offering which looked reasonable, adjustable and fits the budget. When asked about the next step up in the chairs, she skipped one and went from a $600 product to $1,400 one. I was surprised there was no mid range in between. When processing the sales, she mentioned we must buy casters since chair does not come with a set! We paid the $45 and were amazed that such high end chair does not come with caster. Later on pickup we found out we got casters on the chairs plus extra set we ordered. Mariam also mentioned it takes two weeks to get the chair shipped. When inquired by email after two weeks i got no response. I called the store and the phone got picked up then hung up. I walked in person and Mariam mentioned it takes 4 weeks to get it shipped! She printed the receipt and promised to follow up with head office in the AM but she never did.The head office was very helpful though when called them direct. The lady took the info, followed up with production and called me back with a time estimate that was accurate.While i am impressed by the product so far, i am certainly not impressed by the sales tactic or the in-store experience.

10/10 service for Sebastian who went above and beyond to help me picking the perfect chair for my home office. I ended up getting a better quality chair than Herman Miller with the same price point. Sebastian also helped me to carry my chair to my car. Absolutely terrific shopping experience!

I give this ergoCentric Square One location a score of 20/10. I had an amazing experience at this showroom with Mariam. She listened to me and then made suggestions based on what she heard and was incredibly knowledgeable about the various office equipment and highly concerned about making sure I had all the details I needed to make an informed decision. Overall, she surpassed my expectations and made my purchasing experience a memorable one. Mariam, thank you for my newly customized home office items. You made my day!!!
