Every time I go to the mic Mac mall location the same older man is there and is MISERABLE!!! Always rude!! He makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience and you’re disrupting his day by daring to shop there! If it hadn’t been for Amanda working there today as well, I would have left. My husband always shops here and I’m stuck going back for service. But I will NOT deal with this man, he should not work with people!! The four stars is for the beautiful jewelry, and the wonderful ladies who have to put up with that asshat!!

I went in to have an estimate cost to have a man-made stone replaced on my ring.Was told it would take few days and estimates would be emailed. After a week I called for an update, was told it would take about two weeks and that they don't email estimates. As I was trying to explain I was told differently(they even took my email address) she kept interrupting me then got an attitude while I was nothing but polite and patient. When I pointed out her attitude she them became agrumentive. I hung up.Shortly after I received an will and was told my ring cannot be fixed????

Visited this store today to buy a new battery and re-size the band for a fossil watch I bought here previously. The older gentleman that assisted us was quite rude and treated us like an inconvenience. Will not be returning or buying anymore jewelry at this establishment.
