TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Never had a good experience at the branch. The tellers are good but the financial advisers not so much. They try to convince you to buy their products. focused more on sale than what the customer actually needs. They forgot to tell us all the documents needed and I felt the one lady was not very customer centric.

Customer Service Representative Ariana was professional and went out of her way to complete my banking needs. As a police officer for thirty years and a supervisor for eighteen years, I would have her teach a class at my place of work in fulfilling customer expectations. Great work!

Terrible service. Mismatched information given by two different staff. Wasted two trips on getting an issue resolved and when asked to speak to the Branch Manager, was told they cannot meet and will call later. Call later?? I’m standing in the branch and your BM doesn’t have the time to take a minute to talk to me? How exactly are they in charge?Never even got the call as promised, been two days now.TD makes me regret being their client over and over again.

Visited a few days ago, excellent customer service was provided by a representative (Sadaf). She has customer focused approach to resolve problems and good communication skills.

I visited this branch today to access my account info. The service I required needed an appointment to be made with a financial advisor and the matter is time sensitive. The agent that assisted me was Jared and I experienced above and beyond customer service! He went out of his way to try and schedule me the earliest appointment at various other branches. Thank you TD for employing exceptional people!Thank you Jared!

If you need to talk to an Investment Advisor, I recommend you go to a different TD branch than this one. I spoke with the same Investment Advisor multiple times over the course of about 6 months and there were a few things he told me were just WRONG (verified incorrect by TD's call centre and staff at another branch). Other things he said he couldn't do for me, there were ways he could have gotten me closer to where I wanted to be but he was (I'm assuming) too lazy to bother to do them. Also, when I booked an appointment, arrived at the branch, called in to the branch and they forgot about me (back when they didnt want you walking in to the branch directly and wanted you to stay in your car until they were ready), when I called back in 15 minutes later asking what was going on and they were like oh yea"

I could give 0 if I could, terrible customer service here every time I come. The only reason I keep giving them another try it’s because is the closes branch to me. Staff has lack of training and their approach is awful. This branch is only good for their atm if you’re there to speak to a teller or a person good luck getting any significant help or issues resolved. Save your time and try a different branch or simply call customer service.

Worst brunch ever. I've been always happy with Td, and every time I've met with different managers I was getting good advises, all the operations I requested to be done (investments, etc. - were done). But this brunch is different. I came here once to apply for a credit line - I have a great profile with a high paying solid job, I have property, highest credit score, etc. I've been told that with my profile I will have no issues receiving one, and I followed the advice of the manager on the amount and paperwork, but it was not approved and I now realized that it was just not a professional advice, the documents were filled incorrectly. I've also asked for an explanation - why this happen - they never got back to me. For the record, in other brunch I got an approval the next day. Moreover, the same day I filled paperwork to do a transaction to add funds to my TFSa - this transaction never came through. I've reached out multiple times and was told that they will get back to me, but it has been several months and the transaction still not done. I also asked to close one of my credit cards once - they said - not a problem, and it never happened either. And I was dealing with the manager of this brunch, not with a new hire. I even set up another appointment to follow up on all those questions, and been told it all will be resolved shortly, but again never happened. It is banking, serious matter, things that were promised and had paperwork completed should be happening, but somehow for this brunch it is something different. All my questions are now luckily resolved through the other brunch. But this one - worst service ever. never returning to this brunch.

I have dealt with this TD Canada Trust branch for five years. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and professional, and go out of their way to value and appreciate clients. The hours are great, and parking and access is very good.I scoped out four other TD branches in Burlington before deciding to open my account here. I have not been disappointed.

Been a TD customer from the past 17 Years. Didn't realize that it's been so long till just now. Not a frequent in branch visitor but it has always been a very pleasant experience. I am really not good at names otherwise there would have been a long list of people who I have dealt with in these years because regardless of whoever helped me, I have nothing else but praises for the whole team in this branch.
