Bell (Upper Level)
Bell has earned a reputation of not being very customer-friendly. This one outlet in particular upholds that reputation. the lighting is bright and the parking is ample however sales staff are only interested in making of the big sale and not interested in answering any of the small questions. I would recommend that you avoid this outlet and try somewhere else.

Had a very bad experience. I was mislead by the agent at the branch with an offer. Then when i tried to claim the offer he said on the desk . Ohh ! Sorry this offer is not available for you. After negotiations with my carrier and different providers. It took me 4hours so i can get back to branch so i can purchase the item. And at last all the manager get to say we are sorry!! We can’t do anything for you!

Not at all a good service. Sales rep literally didn’t even try to help at all. Just running away from situation and putting everything on customer. Ridiculous. No wonder why ratings are 3.7.

Horrible first time experience with Bell at the square one location (upstairs). The customer representative named Theresa was VERY rude and unsupportive. Her mannerism was very unprofessional. This was extremely disappointing to experience transferring from another phone carrier. Theresa was very disrespectful and demeaning. It is rather sad to see experienced representatives with this type of behaviour towards customers. I strongly would not recommend this location. If I could give a zero rating I would. Terrible experience.

Mou Ali stupid customer service agent horrible service agent……. Attitude problem, uneducated about the plans…. I asked him 4 times but he was just giving attitude….. I have 4 different bell services now I m going to call head office and report that customer service agent….

Had the absolute best customer service experience with Jeffrey! He was super knowledgeable on all the current promotions, and gave me the best deal on my brand new iPhone 11 Pro. Really friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure to go over everything so that I understood all the charges and things that would appear on my bill. I will recommend this location to everyone, and I’ll definitely be giving my future business to these guys. Thanks again Jeffrey :)

I walked into this Bell store in Square One hoping to get my dying iPhone 6 situation rectified. I was helped by Jim. His customer service was beyond exceptional. Modest, helpful, patient and he did an excellent job resolving my concerns. He waited patiently until I tried out my new phone, made sure he erased all my information from my old phone in front of me as well. All questioned answered and I left happy and confident with my new iPhone 8. Thank you Jim! Go to this location for your cell phone needs.Helen

I had called the Bell Corporate to get a new mobile phone service, with hardware and a 2 year contract. The deal that was negotiated and provided to me was very good. I was quite impressed with Bell and their willingness to go the extra mile and land me as a customer. When it was all done, I was quite eager to start using the new phone and had asked if I could pick it up in a store. The closest and most convenient store was this one (beside Walmart).When I arrived there, the wonderful service and going the extra mile that I had experienced before, was no longer present. The store employee almost seemed to resent the fact that I was in conversation with the Corporate department. What I was offered by Bell they were not interested in supporting at all. There would have been no way I would have entertained their offer for even a second - I would not have become a Bell customer at all based on the stores offer.I called the contact I was speaking to at Bell Corporate and they will ship the hardware directly to my home at no additional charge.From what I was told, Bell Corporate does not own the individual stores so they can't control whether they honour the deal negotiated or not. From my perspective, I will be dealing with Bell directly rather than the stores when it comes to certain things. There are certain things I would still go to the store for, but when it comes to items that will impact my invoice I would not. The store seems to be more in the line of greed rather than landing what may be the next loyal customer to Bell Canada.

They just try to sell the device rather than explaining about the plan and discount. They didn't even know I would get buds with my galaxy note 20.When you call bell they tell you to call them back but when you call the store they say it is written in 10 page long contract. Never going back.
