Steve and his staff were very helpful to my daughter when she was doing her basement bathroom. highly recommend them and their products

placed an order for 2 replacement water filters on May 5th/18. I was told that it should be received in store in about a week. I had to contact the store on May 18th as I still had not received a call. I was then told that the product I ordered was discontinued but a similar filter could be ordered, this kit would include only one filter and an adapter for the same price. I informed the staff that I did not want the substitute and that I would be coming in to the shop to refund the purchase. I then received a call a few days later saying my filter was ready for pick up inspite my instructions to the contrary. When I came to pickup the filter I provided feedback to the staff. They were apologetic but offered no solution or refund.Poor communication between the staff and customer I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Called to inquire about a shower seat that was purchased awhile ago. I was told that they only deal with contractors now. They were not helpful at all.

Phenomenal! My husband & I had an issue with our bathtub faucet and thought we'd need a whole new set up to solve the issue! Nope! Just a few new parts, and is as good as new! The man who served me saved me a LOT of money, and was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & professional! (Not to mention Plumbing Plus was a sponsor of my soccer team MANY years ago when I was a little kid; just thought I'd throw that out there too.) :-)

Great vanity, medicine cabinet, over-toilet cabinet and hardware. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful with the decision-making process. Quickly replaced the medicine cabinet mirror that was damaged at the factory/in shipping. Also a great source for plumbing parts and accessories. Highly recommend.

Staff was helpful. Looking for a replacement Moen part. Apparently, has to be done by calling Moen.

They know their plumbing parts extremely well. Helpful, friendly service, and those hard to find parts for repair at good prices.

Anything plumbing, you go to them. Our company has been using them for years and never had anything but good experiences. Just outstanding staff and ownership. Cant say enough good thing.

I brought in my leaking faucet cartridge and they found a match within minutes. excellent service!Edit Update: They are for contractors only now. A sad day for the DIYer.
