I did not use your business but an associate from your company helped my neighbour with his kitchen taps a couple of weeks ago. Timko Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. We had a failing Grinder Pump and Tim was able to fix ASAP. He was professional, prompt and sourced a top pump at a reasonable price. He even tried to fix/clean the old pump but it was time for a replacement. I highly recommend them and will be using for some more work in the fall.

Had a small pipe leak and Timko was very quick to get in and get it fixed.They were in the area and from the description I gave they knew know long the job would take and fit me in to their busy schedule. Very happy with this experience!

Contacted Timko plumbing late Tuesday afternoon after discovering a leaking component of the pressure tank system. Tim arrived within an hour after me calling him out. He soon discovered that the problem was due to a few cracks in the brass T" pipe. Tim made a temporary overnight fix and said he would be back Wednesday morning with the part and to make the necessary repairs.Time arrived on time Wednesday and within the hour had the leaking problem resolved. There was no leftover repair mess

Frozen outside pipe. Called late on a Friday and was thrilled to get a return call promptly. Booked for next day. Service both at the call centre and the technician fantastic. Even called the following day to make sure we still had water. Very knowledgeable and all round great experience at a stressful time

After literally having a 20 day nightmare with another local plumber repeatedly not showing up we called Timko. They were there a day ahead of schedule and fixed the issue with our drain. Tina, the customer service rep was amazingly responsive and helpful. You guys really know how to service your customers! Keep it up! =)

TIMKO Plumbing were able to accommodate our request for service a day or two from when we called (We called around to MANY places and they were the only ones to call us back). It was a small job (FF Hydrant install), but they showed up on-time, worked quickly and efficiently, and took the time to answer any questions we had. The Admin staff were also a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, understanding, and fair. Very good work for a very fair price! Recommended! Thanks again TIMKO!
