Got my fist pair of glasses here about 3 years ago. Had to return once as plastic sheath covering nose nub fell off. They replaced, no charge. Smiling the whole time.It's been a couple years since I've been back and I went in yesterday as the plastic had come off again and a teeny tiny screw fell out of the glass frame causing the right lens to fall out.Thought for sure this would be a bill, or waiting on teeny tiny parts to come in!They greeted me with smiles, remembered me even after all this time. Repaired at no charge even though warranty had long expired. Glasses were buffed, everything tightened, like new!THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Friendliest front counter staff I've ever encountered

Dr. Hamburg is an excellent optometrist, very calm and reassuring. My whole family sees him and we all like him. The staff at Newton Optometry are excellent, very helpful.

Our family has been seeing Dr Hanberg for many years. Dr. Hanberg is very knowledgeable and caring, who takes his time to answer any questions and explains everything in detail. Everyone at the office is welcoming and friendly.We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Newton Optometry.

Went in for eye checkup and i had an amazing experience super friendly staff and the doctor i visited . This was my first time visiting any doctor or clinic in canada I was not sure how things worked regarding appointment and the medicine here . Simran the receptionist answered all my questions very patiently and politely Thank you . In addition eye check was very thorough with all the machines .Overall very impressed with the staff and the doctors . This is by far my best customer service experience in canada in 5 years .I will definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends. YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING. Thank you.

They are AMAZING!!! My whole family has been coming to the clinic for about 8 years. Dr Yu Sheng Lu is a wonderful, peaceful, person. The doctors are incredible, they have immense patience + kindness. The whole staff is attentive + outstanding!!!

I got something tiny stuck in my eye and had to make an emergency visit yesterday. The staff were so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Dr Leo was calm and caring and cleaned out my eye. Thank you all so much! I'm glad there's such a great optometrist so close to my work.

“It was my first visit at this place. The whole process was wonderful. Easy, friendly check-in. Minimum waiting for the Doctor. Pre-doctor check was good.Dr Phul was fabulous. She took time to explain all the results. Chelsea was wonderful with selecting the right pair of glasses. I have all wonderful things to say about that place. Highly recommend.”
