Lilliput Daycare Centre

It is a pleasure to work with Michelle and Frank. In July 2007 I began working for the daycare, but I was let go in August 2008 due to health concerns. In addition to overworking me, the director underpaid me. The daycare had a problem hiring people without experience or with some experience, some thought it was easy. As a childcare professional, I have completed childcare level 2, WHMIS, and safety training. Later on, I found out from two employers that I was fired for calling a daycare license on the director, when I didn't. Some parents complain about some of the staff's ability to care for children. Make sure you check in on your child or children by showing up unannounced. I had to also remove my daughter from there because the out of school employ couldn't handle a child with special needs.

The managers Michelle and Frank are amazing people. I feel bad for removing my kids from here just because of them as they have helped me alot. I still believe though that the daycare needs some re-arrangement in terms of kids per staff ratio, as this number is way disproportionate. The staff themselves are also amazing, I just think they are overworked and as a result cannot properly take care of all the kids as they wish to which is why I had to remove my kids. But at the end of the day, no one is perfect.

I was bullied during my time there and when I told the adults keep in mind that I told them multiple times and they still didn't do anything about it.It didn't stop until I left overal DON'T SEND YOUR KIDS THERE

Frank is an amazing person !! Kids absolutely love it there
