TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

First time at this branch. After having made several appts at other branches and not getting the help I needed, Carolynn was able to get the job done and have me out the door in 15 min. Best service I’ve had at a TD location.

First time at the branch , and met with Matilda . All I can say is wow , customer service was above par. Super friendly and welcoming, while being so efficient at getting what I needed done . Definitely reccomend booking an appointment with her if you need anything done !

The customer service at this branch is top notched. The staff here are very friendly and very tech savvy. I had a problem downloading my TD app and they quickly resolve the problem. I didn't have to go to the Apple store to get tech help. Their assistance was efficient and effective. Kuddos to your staff at this particular location.Thank you guys for your help. You guys are awesome!

Had a scary incident involving fraud. After little luck over the phone I decided to head into the branch. Catherine was a huge help and went through the whole process with me to get the incident resolved. They had been very busy the whole day and yet she was still enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you again!

I’ve been a TD customer for 19 years and this branch is the worst experience I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment and had to find child care to go to the appointment and when I showed up, they told me I’d have to schedule another appointment because they didn’t have any financial advisors available. On my second appointment, I collected a ton of documents at their request for a home equity line of credit. Over one month later, the branch manager “Kathleen Rorke” decided TD did not wish to grant me a line of credit because they don’t work with my current mortgage company. I’m not sure why it took a month to figure it out? And why make me jump through hoops collecting documents when you knew my mortgage company from the start? When I expressed my displeasure with the experience, the bank staff was dismissive and didn’t care. Definitely considering taking all my banking elsewhere. TD should find a new branch manager and maybe hire financial advisors that have some knowledge about financial advising.

This is my second great experience here at this location. Matilda helped me out with my banking needs right away and she has a kind and caring heart. You’re in good hands when you work with her, she listens to your concerns and is very personable associate.

Bank manager was very rude. Would not allow me to finish my sentence and was very disrespectful to me.

My appointment started 15 minutes late, but I did have 4 people ask me if I was being helped. (Including the branch manager who went to tell the rep that I was waiting, but proceeded to talk to him for 15 more minutes while I sat there - that was a little bit frustrating, I could hear them laughing and talking personal details instead of seeing me for my appointment).However! Once I got in there, Austin was fantastic. I went in telling him I was embarrassed by my questions but he explained everything very thoroughly and really broke things down so I could understand what we were talking about. He showed me online resources I could use for myself at home, and was very empathetic and compassionate. He related to me about young adult struggles and made me feel like I'm not alone. If I had the choice with who to book an appointment with next time (and maybe I do?) I'd ask for his help again in a heartbeat.

Had a very good experience at the bank . Claire Batista assisted as and was so patient with all questions we had on our questions . Friendly staff for sure ..
