Santa'Ville

I worked at this place for 2 seasons and was a very loyal and hardworking employee. The 2021 season was the worst work experience I've ever had. The owners are extremely rude, berate you if you upset them, and run this place without following basic business regulations. The branch managers are incompetent and can't train new hires successfully. You get treated like garbage if you are a basic employee. I'm very happy to hear many customers have had a great experience shopping here in the past, but don't bother shopping here again. In the end you're just supporting the corrupt people who run the business. Buy your ornaments on Amazon for way cheaper.

Such friendly elves bringing back Christmas magic when covid has hit hard. We were at the mall wandering around because our pre-booked Santa photos were cancelled due to covid. I commented how do you explain that Santa cancelled due to covid to a 8, 6, and 4 year old. Santa can pull off anything and covid won’t stop him (right?!?).The ladies jumped right in saying they were Christmas elves and would like a picture with our girls. They asked them what they asked for Christmas and promised to report it back to Santa :)So thoughtful and going above and beyond this holiday season. Thank you!!

I just couldn't say how much I am thankful for Constance and Kuddy's assistance. We missed one ornament when we placed the order online. However, after we reached out to them, Constance was able to deliver the ornament to us by herself so that all the ornaments were shipped to our students in time. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
