Bobbypin’s Curiosities

Kayleigh is lovely to work with and operates her business with a lot of heart - I always feel comfortable talking with her, running ideas passed her, and inquiring about rentals. Professionalism is important, and Kayleigh is professional while also being authentic and that's so important to me. I know that when I hire her, I'm supporting a vibrant, local creative who works with & supports other creatives in our community - and there's something so beautiful about that connection. I feel so grateful that Chilliwack has a person like Kayleigh and a shop like Bobbypin's Curiosities. I'm a children's portrait photographer, and I have spent literally thousands of dollars on props and supplies for the various specialty sessions I do. It just wasn't a sustainable way of doing business, and I was slowly sinking my business trying to keep my sessions creative and unique. Kayleigh has been an absolute godsend, becuase now I can rent elaborate, beautiful sets and get even better results than before.

Very unprofessional business owner. Takes weeks or days to respond and admitted that she is unorganized and “things fall through the cracks” but that she is “okay with it”. I wish I could post our communication for people to review how unorganized and emotional this owner is. I work in the wedding industry and this has been the worst vendor in my 10 years of working. She has no process for clients to review or any standards for clients to follow, which should be the standard for any rental inquiry.

Unorganized and rude. Tactless.Had photo's taken here. Owner was rude to me and my child. Bashed previous photographers in front of me and was terribly unorganized with her time.Putting my review on blast on social media accounts only proves my tactless" comment correct. Had the pleasure of running into the woman who owns Bobbypin's Curiosities while in downtown Chilliwack. I LOVE her space! Beautiful lighting and a lot of great rental options. Definitely worth checking out. <3

Great shop and photo studio, if you're searching for a unique item for a gift or yourself, she'll do her very best to find it for you, if she doesn't already have it in stock. Her selection of furs, vintage textiles, refinished and in need of refinishing items is fantastic, and she is constantly getting new stock in. Highly recommend getting in contact with her if you've got a specific vision in mind, she will do her very best to make it a reality.

Kayleigh is nothing short of amazing! I have had the privilege of working on a few large photo shoots with her and she is nothing but organized and professional. Not to mention an incredible human being that always puts others above herself. I recommend her to a thousand times over!

I'm so happy I crossed paths with Kayleigh, professionally and personally she is a great person. She has an eye for her craft and I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Got a wicked crystal decanter for my scotch collection from here a while back and spent some time in getting to know her. Owner is professional on all fronts and spends the time to go above and beyond all expectations!
