Poor customer service. She kept putting me on hold also. Another thing is that they only seem to care about their current patients VS ones that really need help or need to get a prescription esp if it's vital to my own mental health. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! One of the worst clinics I've ever talked to and dealt with. The lady I talked to wasn't friend and I know a couple of them in there and they're very nice. This one wasn't and was very snappy with an attitude.

Took my son there years ago and haven't been back since and will never go back. My son was really sick and tired all the time ,went there and was told he had the flu but I knew it wasn't that so I booked an appointment with my family doctor and it turned out he didn't have the flu but something much worse and was given antibiotics a few days later. Then I went in there to get paperwork filled out for work and got told the doctor doesn't do that without even looking at it.

Reception staff were nice. Very busy clinic. In and out in under a minute. Was handed a prescription without being told what it was for and ushered out the room. Didn't even have chance to tell him my symptoms. Had to ask the pharmacist next door for advice and information as well as what I was prescribed and what it treats.

amazing reception staff! helpful, kind, great with helping kids stay entertained by giving them stickers and coloring materials; they get you right in to see your doctor within minutes of showing up to your appointment.doctors are usually very busy so appointments cant always be made for the same day but their bedside manner and knowledge cant be beat! referrals to specialists and test results is always very prompt and they dont rush you through like so many other doctors do.love that each doctor here takes on each others' patients for locum appointments when one G.P is on vacation or out sick :)

Horrible staff and service. Extremely rude and extremely slow. Waited 1 1/2hrs for an appt that was made days ago. When inquiring about the massive wait, staff was horribly rude and unprofessional. Said the doctor must be slow today... Cleary! But some ppl work and can't sit for hours waiting for their appointment that was hours ago!!

An excellent clinic! Dr. Singh is a wonderful and caring doctor who takes the time to listen to my health concerns. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. and I've never had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes to see him. Other than the front staff at reception being very curt, I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Again like lots of ppl said. Had to go out of way for what was supposed to be called walk in.

Some of the staff were friendly, but the doctor was not.I do not have a regular doctor. I went to West Oaks Medical as a walk-in and spoke with Dr. Cox about some stomach issues I'd been having.The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but one of the medical office assistants was very good to make sure that we all knew we hadn't been forgotten. She gets two stars for West Oaks Medical.Dr. Cox gets zero stars. She was rude and unhelpful and she lied to me. I triple-checked the information she gave to me and it was simply incorrect.I explained my stomach problems for about a minute and then was bombarded with questions, irrelevant judgments and LIES regarding my method of contraception. She said that I might be pregnant and implied it was stupid to not use birth control pills. When I became agitated and teared up Dr. Cox asked me if I was depressed. It seemed like she was fishing for a prescription she could give me. She gave me a perfunctory sorry" when I asked her if we could please actually discuss my stomach issues.I did finally get what I wanted from her - a lab requisition to test for h.pylori

Terrible. Dr. Singh literally didnt look at my son for more than 2 minutes and administered blood tests for nothing.. He didnt listen nor even LOOK at me for anything. Just wanted to prescribe without knowing what was going in. He doesnt care about patients and doesnt listen. He didnt want to see us. Im new to this province, and that was a disgrace of a doctors appointment. I got better service at the hospital in surrey. Do not ignore the reviews. I did, i regret it, he was GOD AWFUL

Our family doctor is at this Clinic, and he is apparently retiring at the end of May 2019.No one contacted his patients to inform them he was retiring, you find out when you phone to book an appointment.Front office staff have told us none of the other doctors are accepting new patients, and we are basically on our own.I am at a loss as to how they can care so little for their patients that1. No one informs you the doctor is retiring2. They refuse to accept or help the patients of one of their doctors.I will never again step foot in this Clinic after
