Tire Depot and Auto Service

I have purchased tires for our cars for years from this location of Tire Depot. They are very competitive, and give great honest service. I highly recommend checking them out. I only had one issue when we drove away and the centre emblem of one of our rims came off, or we left that way, and they did not take responsibility. They were all there when we took the car in.

I purchase a set of Michelin winter tires along with the whatever else they recommended. (just under $1700) I was referred to them by my father in law. After 4 weeks of using the tires, we were not satisfied with the performance and contacted them as they are an 'authorized dealer' and where we purchased the tires from. Having approval and a case number from Michelin to honour their Promise Plan and a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee, Tire Depot refused to complete the work order and wanted to charge us for the mounting that was covered under Michelin's policy. I will never come back here again nor recommend anyone to do so. Plenty of trustworthy tire dealers out there. Extremely disappointed considering the top notch recommendation i was given about this place!

I have been going here for 15 years now. After getting numerous tires for my family cars I have never had any issues. Great service and great mechanical work at very reasonable prices. Best place in town for tires!!

Very helpful and considerate people. I was stranded with a flat tire. They fixed my problem and put me back on the road.Fast and cheap

I had TD do a 4 LT tire changeover and they used a crazy amount of wheel weights and instead of putting my old tires in the bed of the pick up, like I asked, they were put in the back seat, covering it in snow and dirt.

This place should be avoided at all costs. They improperly patched the tire and it started to leak within a couple of days. They refuse to provide warranty whereas all other reputable tire services provide warranty on tire patches.

I have had my cars serviced at Tire Depot for the past 15+ years. During that time, I have never once had a bad experience. In particular, this shop has always been honest with me and have never done unnecessary services. In fact, on several occasions they have not charged me for minor repairs. I should add that I have an above-average knowledge of automotive systems along with a high-end OBD scanner.While it's true that from mid-November until mid-December they are very busy doing tire changeover, they will normally give a reasonable estimated time frame to get your car back.I will continue to use Tire Depot's services in the future!

I have been using Tire Depot as my tire and rim guys for about 3 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience.This particular years snow tire switch over was more complex than previous. My summer rims were missing some small hardware parts (that I misplaced personally while they were in my care), and Hitesh was the service advisor that looked after me.The man went out of his way to hear my concerns and my requests, and made it all happen (acquired the missing hardware for me), helped me a great deal.The service was exceptional, and I’m quite picky with tire switch overs (scratches, marrings, dings) are all things I review before I hand the car over and especially after. Both the tech and Hitesh were great, helpful, and understanding.The only thing about tire depot is that their services are a bit on the expensive side in my opinion. Compared to other shops. However this is not something that the employees decide, rather owners. Considering that the switchover was done without any issues, and with care, I don’t mind the rates.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I found Thomas the manager most knowledgeable and he was supported by very experienced staff. A most pleasant experience all round in replacing two sets of car tires on different occasions.The prices quoted for the new tires were competive and the other service they rendered were also nominal compared to other car service companies. I fully recommend them as they also provide an after use service free of cost which I will certainly make use of.Brian

Always treated like family here. Honest with great service. They don't take appointments so it's first come first serve. If you plan ahead you won't have any problems.
