To start ,he said pay up front in “good faith “. We paid him cash. First day he just prepped for installation of our above range microwave. Day after day he said he was coming with hours of us waiting for him. Finally,Friday evening he showed up with his assistant, he had a temper tantrum, drilling large holes in the cabinet, throwing things, did not move the stove so things kept catching fire, so when doing so he broke items on the counter. Then it gets worse, apparently he locked his keys in his work van, so he smashed the passenger window, all the glass left in the driveway and into the neighbours driveway as well. My young son of 14 years was frightened of his actions as well as my wife and friend. He got his helper to load up the van after he smashed the window. He left everything, just made a mess of the cabinet, did not install, plus left all the glass in the driveway.He promised to give me my money back . Still waiting, lots of texts, been waiting for a month now for my money. Just an awful experience. Have pics and video to prove.
