It was terrible!!! They did not do my nails how I wanted, the shape was bad and it wasn’t even close to the design. Then, after I complained about it not being done properly and stated that I wanted it to be redone, they became hostile and began to show an attitude. I don’t recommend it.

I've been coming to this nail saloon since it opened and staffs are friendly, reasonable price and during pandemic I witness how they are careful in disinfecting all equipments, chairs etc used after each customer's. Thank you for keeping us safe .

I love this place for nail dip. It's inexpensive compared to other services and it's lasts longer than a lot of other type of extension methods I've used! It's nicely priced as well.Some people may think that the ladies are screaming or yelling but it's really just a matter of tonal languages, some languages can seem like they're angry all the time! :P You may get a what do you want" in a rude tone but do realize it's pretty innocent and just a matter of not so great English skills!I've been here a few times and have always received spectacular service with my nails looking beautiful.These are some of my photos from when they were done!"

Probably one of the WORST manicures I have gotten to date. When I went in, the manicurist told me my nails were too short for shellac and that I should do the dip with manicure(pricier option). Once she filed my nails down to nothing and dipped, I noticed some nails were a lighter colour than others. She said that was normal. There was NO manicure or hand massage done either. Once I finished drying my nails- I asked if she was going to do my cuticles as nothing was done. She said it was just the dip because it was my first time doing it and that’s why looked so messy. At the end, she took $10 off. It’s now day 3 with the dip and nail is ALREADY chipped. Definitely, never going back.

I went to this place recently to just remove the gel and trim my nails, what can be easier? I don’t want to go into every single detail and make it a poem but these people do not know what they are doing. First she was fighting the manicure machine for like 7 min, then her technique of removing the gel was really weird, also she can’t missing my nail while trimming. Finally she couldn’t make my nails look even, they were long from one side and short from the other side. At that point I couldn’t stand this any more and I just walked out with ugly looking nails not properly trimmed. Went straight to another place for help. While I was there another tech made another customer’s toe bleed and couldn’t stop the bleeding. They didn’t use gloves while doing the procedures. Avoid this place!

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t happy with my dip powder manicure and wanted it fixed. Anna who originally did the nails came back and I explained what I didn’t like. She started to raise her voice at me when I was talking in a low voice explaining why what I wanted. I told her to lower her voice as I’m not yelling at her and she continued to be rude and said I’m making her angry. I told her to leave the nails alone and be done with it. Never coming back here again after this horrible customer service.

I read all the reviews so prior to going in, was super excited to find a place that would become my and my sisters/mom regular spa since we live so close! I was told to wait 5 minutes to get my nails done after I got a pedicure, I waited over 20 minutes- looked around, was given 0 attention the whole time and totally ignored, I knew I would probably end up waiting a long time since they kept assisting others so I paid, left and they did not realize until after that I had waited a long time. Getting two stars because my pedicure wasn't bad, I understand nail salons are always busy but when a customer calls asking if they can come in at certain time, it means their time is valuable and that should be respected.

I gave this place a second change and will not be coming back here again. I’ve had my nails done for a decade now (at various locations) and I have never had an experience like this. I have three fingers that hurt so much from all the cuts from the cuticle work that was done. My thumb was bleeding so much during the manicure that I had to hold pressure on it and at the end of the service they had to apply polysporin onto it. I am on day three post manicure and it still hurts and I’m still applying my own polysporin at home. No apologies were made. And no discount was given for cutting three of my fingers in such a bad way. I would not go back here even if someone paid me to go! Strongly DO NOT recommend.

I've been here several times, and it's worth it! I once got the NuGenisis dip powder and they came out great! It stayed on for a good 2 weeks before I got them taken off. The staff here is really nice, the lady who worked on my nails was pleasant and kept me occupied whilst waiting for my nails to dry. I have a great experience each time I come. I recommend this place to everyone!
