I have truly had an awful experience here and still not sure where this will lead. Made an order and the money cleared from my account on the 15th. It is now the 26th and I got a notice saying my order will take a while longer to ship. Something is fishy about all this. Hopefully won’t have to get a lawyer or police involved. Very very poor experience from start to finish here. Would recommend many other dealers that provide a much more seamless experience

They said I have to put my credit card number just to confirm buying without charging me. In five seconds only they withdraw 100 dollars and the bank restrict the process immediately and block the card. Shame with all these reviews from fake people for sure

Order was correct, on time, and very well packaged. Variety of products is a bit limited but premiums were substantially lower than 10 other businesses I checked which is significantly more important to me.

I found that it took much longer than ususal to receive my purchase. I phoned a few times (staff on the phone were polite and even followed up once by calling me back) however there seemed to be alot of confusion in the accounting department. Clearance of my payment (bank bill payment) was delayed ... problem was not at my end.One additional comment...the gold and silver coins could be transported in some better protective covers. The covers are not that expensive...the Australian coin is the only exception ...came in a plastic cover.

Great Bullion. Service sales team are great on the phone as I called a few time to verify the process of bill payment as I have never made a bill payment online before. Sales reps awnser quickly and are polite and professional. Bill payment also is free rather than a wire transfer so that is a great option. Emails verify receving of funds and when they clear shipping was updated as soon as payments cleared. From time I placed order to received was 8 days it would have been 7 but I paid a day after placing order. I highly recommend purchasing from sprott money they have a great selection and are much faster than other bullions in the GTA.
