John has helped me take care of all our carpet and upholstery needs for yrs now...2 houses! He took the mold out of an almost new leather couch, removed a pet stain from a $6000 silk woven area rug, mildew from outdoor lounge cushions...a long list!He is quick to come take care of the work and always professional with our family and pets. I have a 30 year old light color carpet in my bedroom, that looked so bad, the only solution was to replace it. The project wasn’t in the books for this year, so I decided to have it cleaned one more time. All I can say is that John gave this old carpet a new lease on life, I never expected it to look so good! When I got it cleaned in the past some dirt spots would always come back after the carpet dried, but this time it is spotless. John did an amazing job!

The steam cleaning on the main floor carpets (living room, hallway, and three bedrooms) worked excellently. The 20+ year old carpets were discoloured, especially in the high traffic areas between the entrance and the kitchen. The difference in the colour before and after is amazing. The deodorizer worked perfectly. There is no odour from the carpets. We're completely happy with the service.
