Chase Auto Parts is my goto for all of my automotive needs. Ive never had a complaint, they are stocked on a lot of your needs, and can get same day parts shipped in sometimes. Prices are the best. Give them a little nudge for “best price” and they always try and help you out a little more. Until either I move or they do, Ill be sticking to Chase every time something breaks on any of our cars.

The lady that answers the phone today don't have the best manner for customer service. I gave her the model and year of my vehicle but wants the engine number instead. She was so presumptive and speculative that I need part/s for my engine which is not the case because I only need brake pads.

Bought MAF sensor for my Mazda. The part is faulty but they refused to refund money. I had to pay for a Mazda genuine part and I lost money buying the faulty part from Chase. What’s worse is the rude behaviour by the production manager, he just started yelling at me right away, he didn’t even care to listen to me. Overall, if you are a retail buyer then there is no guarantee you will get a good part or good service
