Bad, very bad experience, from the reception to the delivery of the device. I do not recommend them at all!!!!. The only thing they are interested in is to sell you an insurance that according to them is the solution for everything.First the technician says that it is normal for a new device to have defects, in fact, a month later the device failed completely.I send it for repair and they contact me to tell me that the technician did not know why the device failed. If the technician doesn't know, what can I expect from the rest of the service? Finally, apparently they repaired it and sent it by UPS, the equipment does not arrive after 4 weeks of waiting, I find out that by mistake they sent it to BC when the delivery should have been in Quebec. Calling the customer service phone is impossible, more than two hours on hold on each call to answer and say they don't know where the equipment is or when it will arrive.Unprofessional and careless, terrible customer service! Total frustration!

Bought an extended warranty from them. Trying to make a claim and the site is telling me my plan was cancelled. So far it is near impossible to reach someone from customer support.Extremely aggravating

I've been coming to this Best Buy for years to get a screen protector I seem to always have trouble with the Geek Squad manager He seems to be always be rude and always doubts my warranty claims. It seems I will be going to other places to get the same screen they have. I literally had a receipt in front of him .. purchased a few days ago. But wanted me to pay half price?I was already surprised that they raised the price but didn't care since I trust these screen protectors on my phone for a long time..My girlfriend later told him thats not acceptable.. and right away he said okay il do it this time?since i work in construction. Cement had fell on it.. removed the proctector to be able to use my phone at work. They never mentioned that I need to bring th old cover with me.. doesn't say anything on receipt that voids my warranty..It it seems to be to much hassle going to this geek squad store..Even tho all the other employees are very friendly and nice.. willing to get out their way. One of them also added some protectors on my cameras for my girlfriend and I without asking. I was very pleased.!But it's not enough for me a customer for over 3 years to have to deal with a Manager that's like this.

One of the agent at this geek squad location was rude and suggested that my story was doubtful when all I wanted was to submit my item for a damage claim for which I was in good standing and made all the payments. Another rep helped and said he will submit the claim and then it is up to the department to process it. Absolutely zero customer service skills displayed by this individual who looked of South Asian ethnicity and I was pretty embarrassed by his remarks.

The waiting times for help are unorganized and sometimes very long. Even if it's just for something simple. They don't have a system in place to attend orders based on the request length. Also the employees are annoying with their protection plan upsells! I don't know how they managed to make me say yes so many times!@

Horrible I have been waiting 5 weeks and I haven't been addressed by anyone. I have called them about 30 times now. I get hung up on or told the same thing with no result. I would but 0 if I could, a complete waste of money and time.
