Beyond Expectations!So grateful to Mark and his amazing staff for helping me completely outfit my new dog from top to bottom in preparation for his arrival. From bowls to shampoo, a crate to a leash, toys (lots of toys!) to fresh treats; Our Dog & Company provided everything I need for my new furry friend. Best of all Mark provided great input about dog nutrition and set my pup up with the best dog food for his size and age – and healthy product I feel confident in providing my little guy. The staff, products, customer service, and sound ready-to-help-guidance is outstanding. They absolutely love what they do and it shows – the staff are exceptional by all metrics. Looking forward to visiting this amazing pet emporium again soon…so is my pup!

Really great first experience. Nice selection of products that you don't see in the bigger chains, and the prices are reasonable too.Very friendly staff, and not pushy at all.We'll definitely be shopping here again.

It was my first time visiting the store, and I am super impressed with the customer service. Mark took the time to answer my questions, help me choose what's be best for my pup and explain more about the store.The high quality products combined with the expertise of the staff make this place very unique, special, and with a great shopping experience.Most prices are comparable to big box stores and having a chance to support small/local business is just wonderful .Not to mention how beautiful the store is. Love it and highly recommend!!!

I came upon this charming store by accident this morning. I was intending to shop at Ren's, however, they were closed at 9:30am. As I exited the shopping centre, I noted the plaza directly south had a dog store and the open sign was on. I was in love before I even went inside, seeing the Christmas trees decorated with dog toys in each window. This was the best retail experience I have had in years. The merchandise in the store is carefully selected and a treat to the eyes. Unique, yet practical items from toys to apparel to food to treats and everything in between, covering every price point. The customer service was excellent and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and about their merchandise. I was like a kid in a candy shop browsing for my pup, thrilled to see such a fantastic selection beyond the staple items I've seen in so many other pet stores. I highly recommend Our Dog & Co. and I can't wait to go back another day (after the lockdown ends) to browse and shop.

Amazing staff, and very knowledgeable about all their products. Really took the time to talk to me about my needs and concerns for my dog. They also carry high quality products. So if your looking for premium products this is the place to go.

Great prices. Efficient & friendly service. I recommend them to everyone. Been using them for 6 yrs..( would have been 9 yrs if i known them earlier). I am shift worker, multi cat household (with large & gluttonous eaters) . I order 4-5 large bags of FROMM cat food on Monday, pick up Thursday (every couple months)- consist service, no interruptions. Plus they have specials program ( fromm) after 12 bag- 1 bag free.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain lots of things about my new pup. I wish the groomer was available more often, as it’s difficult to get an appointment. But, my Max likes it and it’s worth the wait. Love the cute faux designer clothes and unique accessories.
