Warning ⚠️ . I just watched a YT vid of this elderly rotund bald 70's guy and his sidekick film a review of this place. Management gave them permission, including a free suite, free food , free booze - so naturally the YT review was fake. But the worst part? Management allowed paying hotel customers to be filmed without the customers knowledge and uploaded to YT for the sole financial benefit of management. So Fair Warning ⚠️ , management doesn't care about the customer, they care about taking advantage of you for their benefits. You as the customer are props for their videos.Side note. The YTers sidekick was the spitting image of Dave Mustaine from Megadeath, which honestly pretty cool and why I gave a 2 star, and not 1.

The rooms were nice and service was above average, however during our stay, there was an unsavory looking bald man with a goatee and glasses roaming around the premises filming and on multiple occasions had my wife and I in his shots. I asked him 3 times to please not film us, but he disregarded my request every time. He would not answer me as to why or what he is filming for. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff did nothing to assist which is why we are deducting stars for this experience.

The room is disgusting. Dirty towels, hair all over the bathroom, toilet paper holder fell off when trying to get toilet paper. We were informed there was a discount for people who are here due to hospitals stays only to be told they meant it was for staff not emergency patients families. Not to mention it is WAY OVER PRICED and communication from staff on accurate information is non existent.The shower also takes FOREVER to actually get hot water.....The soaps etc they set out make zero sense. Body wash, lotion and lotion? Really?Absolutely Deplorable.

I booked a room for my uncle and I (2 queen beds) in a group block for the may long weekend over a month previously.Upon arrival we were informed they were out of 2 queen bed suites and they would give us two 1 queen beds for the price of one. Rooms 821 and 824 (not even adjoining)We reluctantly agreed as apparently we had no choice in the matter. This would typically not be an issue but my uncle is in poor health with a serious heart condition and on trips I'm his aid when needed (yes this was told to the front desk)Needless to say we are very disappointed guests who will think twice about booking here again.

We stayed here a month ago and the room was great. This time the room was not cleaned properly, example garbage on the floor in the bathroom from customers and soap in the tub. We asked for it to be cleaned and the cleaner left the garbage on the bathroom counter. This caused me to look elsewhere and there was dust everywhere.

For a short 1 night stay, I made due. The beds are very uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy and smell bad. Compared to other ramadas, this one was better but not by much. The room was somewhat clean but could have been better. The pool was half decent, the hot tub was hot, but did not have the jets (broken) which was disappointing. The staff was decent most of the time. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Over priced and lacking in many areas.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I spoke to their front desk and was quoted over $300 for a Wednesday night at their Cavalier Suite. PLUS $15 on-site parking & NO complimentary breakfast....yet the same Hotel gifted a free night at their Cavalier Suite, INCLUDING a complimentary charcuterie board AND a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Wine to a YouTuber. The Hotel management allowed the YouTuber film on the property, uploading a video yesterday, not blurring out guest faces at the bar, thereby compromising the other guest privacy....I understand that this is a business"

The “suite” at this hotel had a horrible smell of molson beer, cheap champagne, moldy deli meats, depression and old turtles. Will not stay again. It’s not really a suite either it looks more like a marginally larger standard room.Disappointing.

Ran hot water for 15 minutes in my room - still cold. When I called front desk they just said “yea, that’s how it is, we are very booked right now.” So you built a hotel that can’t be filled to capacity but you still book to capacity? Finally I convinced them to send maintenance up and he kept running it and when it was lukewarm he said “oh it’s pretty warm right now” and that was it. This is on a warm day in July, mind you.And the WiFi is garbage. Like worse than the WiFi I got for my apartment when I was super poor so I chose the worst possible plan from the worst possible provider. It won’t even load web pages half the time and kicks you off constantly.Also the coffee maker was disgusting and had not been cleaned in quite a while.

The customer service at this hotel is top notch. I've stayed here multiple times now and I'm always impressed with the front desk staff as well as the service in the restaurant. I made a minor complaint about something one time and the hotel manager far exceeded my expectations with the way they responded to it. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient and the people working here genuinely care about guest experience. I'm writing to say thank you to the manager and staff for consistently providing 5 star quality service. I will continue to stay here when I visit regina.
