Diaper service

Jenna and Andrew have been incredibly helpful in teaching my husband and I all about cloth diapering. They met with us to demonstrate how to properly use the diapers and have always been available to help with any issues that have come up. Their deliveries are always dependable and I love that everything gets cleaned without me having to worry about it. I can honestly say that without their products and expertise I don’t think I would have found cloth diapering to be so easy to do!

Brent and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! Pick up is always on time, easy to arrange, and the process is always so smooth and efficient! They not only wash diapers but also a whole range of other items as well. Price is so affordable, you just know that they are a company that cares about their customers!! Definitely recommend them!

Wow, what a fabulous service. We were intimidated by the prospect of cloth diapering because there is just so much to learn and it can be a lot of work. We got a hold of happy Island diaper service and they made the process such a breeze. They were so friendly and accommodating, able to offer suggestions and answer any questions we had. They started our service with a zoom tutorial on what to do so the whole process was easy to learn and we had support every step of the way. They take all the hard work out of cloth diapering. If you are at all on the fence about whether or not to hire happy Island diaper service, I strongly encourage you to go for it, you won't regret it. We have been with them almost 2 years and now we are potty training. It's bittersweet ending the service because our experience with Jane and Shawn has been so great. I have been using Happy Nappy since my daughter was born last July 2021, and could not be happier with the service!! The staff are SUPER friendly and attentive to their customers and always take the time to chat, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and accommodate our every need! Being a new mom is exhausting and the last thing you want to have to deal with is hiccups along the way - Happy Nappy has not only been there to help but they have anticipated our needs and gone above and beyond to ensure that we have everything we need. The diapers themselves are soft and so much better for baby's skin - my girl has been super sensitive to paper diapers and this has been a wonderful alternative! So convenient to just drop dirty diapers on the porch each week and have fresh ones delivered right to you! I can't say enough about the service and the staff. I would highly recommend to anyone!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLEOur services with Happy Nappy were short lived as we only used them for 6 weeks.Sent multiple emails tried calling with concerns only to be ignored. When we finally got ahold of someone when we were short diapers we were made to feel bad for inconveniencing the driver for having to use their personal vehicle to vo.e out of there way to drop off more.This company lacks communication and empathy. When we reached out to them to let them know that our bin was starting to mold we were left with no answers and left on our own. On top of that we were given clean diapers" that still had wipes in them.If you decide to go with this company make sure you have a stock of wipes and diapers and be prepared to be left in the dark.At the end of the day I don't recommend them. On paper they look good but I suggest buying your own and doing it yourself."

I'll be honest that at first, I was skeptical when my wife said she wanted to use cloth diapers. We've been using Green Baby Cloth Diaper Service for 4 months now and it was the best decision for us, our baby and the environment!Everything about the service (and diapers themselves) is easy and convenient, plus Val and her husband are awesome to deal with. If you have any reservations about using this service, I would urge you to at least do a trial run-you'll be pleasantly surprised.

My wife and I have been using Happy Island Diapers for almost 3 years now. We have two boys (2 y/o and 3 m/o) and they put those diapers through a lot! I'm not sure what we would do without this service. It's makes life so much easier and we reduce our footprint on the environment by keeping all that waste out of the landfill.
