Happy Island Diaper Service

Wow, what a fabulous service. We were intimidated by the prospect of cloth diapering because there is just so much to learn and it can be a lot of work. We got a hold of happy Island diaper service and they made the process such a breeze. They were so friendly and accommodating, able to offer suggestions and answer any questions we had. They started our service with a zoom tutorial on what to do so the whole process was easy to learn and we had support every step of the way. They take all the hard work out of cloth diapering. If you are at all on the fence about whether or not to hire happy Island diaper service, I strongly encourage you to go for it, you won't regret it. We have been with them almost 2 years and now we are potty training. It's bittersweet ending the service because our experience with Jane and Shawn has been so great. My wife and I have been using Happy Island Diapers for almost 3 years now. We have two boys (2 y/o and 3 m/o) and they put those diapers through a lot! I'm not sure what we would do without this service. It's makes life so much easier and we reduce our footprint on the environment by keeping all that waste out of the landfill. I highly recommend Happy Island Diapers. Their service has been great. Easy to use and no fuss.

We have been using Happy Island diaper service for over 15 months now. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We really wanted to use cloth for our kids for both the environmental benefits as well as the gentleness against their skin. With twins we were so happy to find Happy Island diaper service and it's cheaper for us than disposables. Shawn our delivery driver and owner has gone above and beyond for us, and always has great advice. I would recommend this service to everyone and really hope that more people consider the environmental benefits of cloth diapering. Lets save the planet for our kids. It seemed all good when I set up service for my son and daughter in-law. No response from initial contact but pleasant helpful response at second attempt. However, once service began, baby had allergic reaction, 3 diapers were used and each one caused rash and blisters. At first, we were told no refunds were available but they did offer a partial refund(2 week minimum charge, apparently), which was only received after 3 reminders to process the refund. Would not use this company again. Ask what detergent and sanitation procedures are used and refund policy. We neglected to ask these questions.

Happy Island Diaper service says it all in the name! Their diapers are fantastic, and high quality - we do not get any rashes and the diaper covers provided are amazing. It astounds us that such a service is offered, with the huge environmental impact, at such a low cost. We are extremely happy with this company and the service and recommend them anytime we can!

Years and years ago I worked for the original owners and it was a great little part time job. Ended up setting up 3 months of service for my friend as a baby shower gift and she loved it. This is such a great environmentally friendly service and the cost is on par with disposable diapers. So glad this service is still available and hoping to set this up when I have kids.

Rain or Shine fresh diapers every week. Our 5 month old daughter gets horrible rashes when we used disposals at the hospital. Happy Island Diapers are easy to use, easy on the environment and NO rashes. Cost effective, simple and natural. We highly recommend this service!
