We used this service for the first few months after our son was born and it was a huge help! Barbara and her husband Andrew were always so helpful and quick to respond. Barbara even came to our house a few weeks before he was born to show us how everything works and put our minds at ease! Those first few months are rough and being able to not worry about washing or running to the store for diapers is awesome! Highly recommend!

When we had our first child we knew we had to do cloth diapers somehow because disposables create so much waste. As we looked into cloth diapering we found Saucy Bottoms who made the transition to cloth diapers feel so simple, quick and easy especially in the whirlwind of the newborn phase. I still don’t understand when people say cloth diapers are difficult. You can pay a tiny bit more than disposables for an amazing service that launders for you, and in turn saves the environment. There is literally no difference between disposables and cloth when you have a service. No laundry! Win win!!! Highly recommend. Saucy Bottoms was always available to answer any of my troubleshooting questions if any came up. I hear about frequent blowouts with disposables and I can honestly count the number of blowouts we had with 2 kids in cloth on one hand! When we did have leaks or blowouts, Saucy Bottoms had the answer. You will be so happy knowing you are doing your part to save the environment with every cloth diaper you use. Saucy Bottoms is a lifesaver. We wanted to use cloth diapers but didn't have capacity to deal with the logistics (buying different sizes as our baby grew, doing the extra laundry, etc) and Barbara and Andrew came to our rescue! They provide unlimited supplies, handle all the cleaning, arrange weekly pickup and drop off to your home, and even offered a hands-on lesson before birth to ensure we were well prepared for our baby's arrival. Additionally, they went over and above with answering lots of new parent questions in the early days and offered a wealth of knowledge, support, and guidance. I highly recommend them, and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent, considerate service. We had Saucy Bottoms from day 1 and were incredibly grateful for the help and care that we received. They were always very responsive to our needs and they really went out of their way to help us out a few times. I can't say enough good things about our experience. It was actually a bit sad for us to discontinue service once our son was no longer in diapers because it felt like we were losing one of our pillars of support. I look forward to using Saucy Bottoms again when we have our next child!

I was in Vancouver for a 10 day trip with my LO and wanted to continue cloth diapering while we were there. We have a service where I live, but didn't want to have a big bag of dirty diapers to bring home on the plane after our vacation. So, I reached out to Saucy Bottoms to see if they could accommodate my 10 day trip. I was so glad to hear that they were able to customize everything exactly as I needed it, from pickup to delivery. They even picked up dirty diapers and dropped off new diapers half way through my stay.It was great, and the service was excellent and very affordable. I was able to get diapers, wipes, and a bin for storing dirty diapers.Their support team was super responsive and I am so glad that they were able to provide this as an option while I was in BC.Thank you!!!
