It has been an amazing journey with Baby Diaper Service and I couldn't recommend them enough. They have gotten us through two kiddos with sustainable, environmentally friendly, effective, and easy diapering options from newborn to potty trained. I'll never forget being very pregnant with our first and going to the free training class and feeling confident that our parenting goals could actually meet our budget, values, and lifestyle.I would like to thank you all for the professionalism, notable customer service, kindness, and commitment. I started with BDS a couple of years ago. It was crazy and hectic and stressful to have a baby right as COVID lockdowns started, but using this service was one big thing off my plate. At the time, the were a cloth diapering service which was fantastic. After some troubles arose, they switched focus to compostable diapers, still with weekly delivery and drop off. Diapers are a necessary part of raising a baby, but there is so much waste associated with their production and disposal, it has been great to know that BDS is helping to alleviate some of that ecological burden, while making it incredibly easy on the customer side to use diapers as normal and just set them out for pick up. On top of that, the service has always been prompt, friendly, and comprehensive. Pricing is more than fair (and not much different than if I'd had to buy regular diapers at the store). Any issues I ever had on my end were handled quickly and kindly enough that I almost feel bad having potty trained the kiddo and needing to end service. Highly recommend!

We've used Baby Diaper Service for the last 2 years for our daughter and they are SO wonderful! The diapers are soft and high quality. The service is on time and consistent, and their customer service is fantastic! I love that we're helping the environment and not putting chemicals on my daughter. They really couldn't make it easier-highly recommend. Also, the owner, Carolyn, is fantastic! So sweet and genuinely cares about her clients!

My experience with Baby Diaper Service over the past two years has been incredible. They deliver clean and soft cloth diapers weekly, and pick up your soiled diapers. It made being environmentally friendly so much easier than cleaning and washing our own diapers. Baby Diaper Service has the best customer service of any company I have worked with. Carolyn, the company's owner, responds to any communication quickly and kindly. She answered any and all questions we had about cloth diapering, and even included a gift for our family when we were finished with diapers for our daughter. The drivers are also very friendly, and always make the weekly deliveries regardless of weather or traffic. I can't recommend this service enough!

It shows that they really do care about you and your family's diapering needs. While they shifted from cloth diapers last summer, we've still really appreciated the new eco-friendly options and support in getting our diapers delivered as needed. I’ve used baby diaper service for 4 years with my two kids. I have only great things to say about this service. They make using cloth diapers so easy. They provide the diaper pail and deodorizers. The cloth diapers are so soft and clean. I tried washing my own for a month when we were on vacation—I was so happy to come home to the soft, clean diapers from baby diaper service. They completely get that their customers are all families with young kids, so they’re unbelievably kind and supportive. They respond right away with excellent guidance whenever I had questions. The owner, Carolyn, seems like just a fantastic, practical, caring person. I’ve gotten to know our delivery person, Chris, as well. He delivered diapers during the snow this winter, on New Year’s Eve, to our duplex on a steep hill, like it was no big deal. I love this company and I’m truly sad that my kids are out of diapers because I enjoyed being their customer so much.

Baby Diaper Service is quite literally the best. We used the cloth diaper service for 18 mo with my first, and then again with my second. Once they started offering the Nest Diapers we switched and have been incredibly happy ever since! They deliver the right size of the diapers whenever we need them - even being able to send a box of mixed sizes which was really helpful. The price of these diapers from BDS are comparable, if not cheaper, than everywhere else and it's great to have the ability to support such a wonderful company. I can't say enough good things about Carolyn and BDS!!

Baby Diaper Service has been a complete joy to work with. 5 years ago when we were preparing for our first child, we were so happy to find a diaper washing/delivery service for our cloth diapers. Their products and service are fantastic, communication wonderful and, most importantly, they helped us do our part to be less wasteful and live a more sustainable lifestyle. Although we are thrilled that our last kiddo is out of diapers, we are sad to not be able to support such a great business. We recommend them to anyone!
