Bought my Used 2010 Corolla today. Shoutout to Adrian Chirea for making the whole process smooth. He clarified all the doubts and was patient in dealing with us. No aggressive sell at all. Recently purchased a 2023 CX-5 from Christina and couldn’t be happier. Besides it being an amazing vehicle it was dealing with her that sealed the deal.Originally, I went to a dealership closer to home but was not impressed by the attitude I received. So I opted to go to another dealership. Off I went to Kanata.My husband and I walked in, was pleasantly greeted by Christina… and in less than an hour I purchased a new vehicle!I sincerely appreciated her honesty, knowledge and overall “no pressure” approach. How refreshing!If you’re trying to decide on a place to buy a Mazda then Kanata Mazda is the place to go. More specifically, you have to deal with Christina!

I would like to give the Driving Force Leduc location a glowing review, most especially for Jeanine at the front desk. There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and another branch at first, but when I was connected to Jeanine, she lent me a sympathetic and understanding ear. She quickly fixed the situation and got me the vehicle I needed, which is such a relief! I am so happy I got her on the phone when I needed help. Jeanine is such a credit to her company - I can only wish that all businesses have a Jeanine working the front desk and telephones for them. Thank you!

Metrotown Mazda was my first car dealership in BC, and I’m pretty satisfied with their customer service. Respectful people, very friendly, and always offering the best financial options that suit your situation.Troy was my salesman and he really helped me a lot. The car took a while to get delivered, but that was due to supply and demand challenges of today’s car market everywhere; nothing to do with this particular dealership.Highly recommended. They also help a lot on pick up day and are very hospitable when u get there. If you wanna get a Mazda, this dealership offers u unique services and shopping experience.

My husband and I purchased a new CX-5 on June 13. We were treated very well by the staff at LA Mazda. The sales person, Tyler, was a pleasure to deal with. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He made sure we were comfortable, and he explained all the features, etc with the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car to go to LA Mazda and ask for Tyler.

Le 14 mars 2022 on a acheté une voiture usagée à notre fille parce qu'elle a fait un accident avec son autre auto. Le vendeur nous a vendu l 'auto avec des pneus finis par l'intérieur donc on a pas vu ça. C'est un garagiste d'ailleurs qui lui a dit on voit la broche dans tes pneus! Pas drôle vendre des chars comme ça et en plus aucune garantie!Je recommande à personne d'acheter un auto usagé chez ce concessionnaire
