I purchased a 2019 CX-9 by trade in my old Mazda 3.The process was pretty straightforward and smooth with the Cobourg Mazda Dealer.Steve and Nigel help me with the purchase.Nigel Singh was a great guy and polite. I could ask every question I had, and he answered everything since I first contacted him.Once I went to the dealer, Steve Vesters gave us an excellent offer for my old car and provided everything I wanted, such as a tow hitch and a remote starter installation to the new CX-9 quickly.Angela Foscarini helped me through the finance part and tried to find the right payment plan for my budget.After purchase, I had a few questions regarding the car, and they asked me to bring it back to check to ensure everything works well. Brandon Spry was a service manager, and he took the car and had a test drive, explained what was happening, and confirmed that there was nothing to worry about.Highly recommend contacting them if you want a used or brand-new car because they are a Local Mazda dealer, and they give trust and do not cut off contact after selling a car when you need it.I love my new CX-9 and hope not to have any issues with my new car!!!

I bought my first car here about 2 weeks ago. Amazing customer service. Everyone is friendly and I was introduced to a bunch of the staff before even seriously locking in on a car. Josh, Ganesh and Steven were amazing in helping me navigate my first car purchase, giving me the info I needed without being pushy with the sale, made me feel very comfortable. The car itself, Mazda 3 sport 2020, is an amazing car with an amazing drive it was natural as soon as I sat in the driver seat, and at such a great price there’s no way I could have gotten all the features this car has for the price anywhere else. Thanks, everyone at the Mazda Cobourg dealership, it was a pleasure buying from you and I look forward to my future visits.

Bought my 2016 mazda 3 back in January from this dealership and I can honestly say it was a painless experience, everything was discussed thoroughly with no hesitation at any question. Now with over 8000kms driven on the used car and absolutely nothings changed condition wise, I say they deserve the 5 star and i personally would purchase from them again

Aggressive and unknowledgeable staff. Do not purchase or service your vehicles here.Continually beyond disappointed by the service and customer service at this location. This has been an ongoing issue, but today I was truly blown away by the aggression and lack of knowledge provided by the staff. While at the location asking for clarification on the services provided to my car (after the second time of being towed due to the car not turning on), not only was I being spoken to in a harsh and unjustifiable tone, the same men made the lady behind me cry by speaking to her in the same manner. Been told now twice to not come to the location for services, which is extremely frustrating when the warranty provided only includes tows to this location (as the nearest). This is a two year car, and the staff is only capable of changing the battery, which they have tried to get us to pay for despite it being included in our warranty.

Wow, just when I thought good service and common courtesy had disappeared in the car saIes business I discovered Nigel, Steve and Angela at Mazda Cobourg. After visiting 5 different dealerships these past 6 weeks and being met with apathy and indifference it was a pleasure to deal with folks who listened to what I wanted, didn't try to up-sell me, didn't push me into a financing plan I couldn't handle but, most importantly, were downright pleasant, helpful and efficient. Went in on Friday, picked up the new wheels yesterday (Wednesday). What a team! Couldn't recommend them enough!

I was looking for a new car and had a horrible experience where I live in Kingston. Started looking online and found the exact same car I was looking at in Kingston just a different colour. The car was a better price and better mileage. Contacted Cobourg Mazda and started dealing with Nigel. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! We did everything over the phone as I lived 1 hour and 20 minutes away. He also came in on his day off on Saturday so that I could pick the car up. Get up there on Saturday and the car was already to go. They insisted that I take it for a drive as I hadn't drove the car at all. I loved it. Finished all the paperwork and left with my new car. I would absolutely buy another car from Cobourg Mazda. All the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Nigel made the whole experience really good and easy for me as I lived a bit away. Great dealership.
