Budds' Mazda

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Budds Mazda in Oakville. The experience was very positive. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Corey was instrumental in arranging the purchase of the vehicle. On the day I picked it up Brent was so kind he took the time to sit with me and go over all the perks this vehicle has and let me tell you there are many. I so appreciated the fact he did this as all of the features can be overwhelming. Overall my experience was great. I highly recommend the staff at Budds Mazda to anyone that is contemplating purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Had my car serviced here for the first time. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous bringing my car in, as this is my first car and my first time going in for maintenance. Great first experience, staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made it very clear of what was going to be done during the service. Car was serviced fairly quickly, was in and out very fast. I like the transparency from the health report you receive afterwards, as it tells you exactly what was inspected during the visit. Definitely will return to this location. :)

I've only driven Hondas throughout my life but when I stepped in Budds Mazda and spoke to Joseph, I don't think I'll ever deal with another car dealership again! He took his time to explain all my questions, concerns, in a professional and informative manner. He made sure I got everything I wanted and went above and beyond, even offering to install my car mats. During delivery, he explained everything the car has to offer in a very patient approach and left me very impressed and assured. I love my new Mazda 5, it's everything I wanted in a car and my buying experience at the dealership is phenomenal. The car arrived on time too. I will bring my younger sister to this dealer to speak to Joseph as her civic is old and she will need a new vehicle soon. My family members are also considering switching from Honda to Mazda since the car is so fun and safe to drive and the deals are fantastic. Of course, it's all thanks to my new sales agent, Joseph! Definitely will deal with him again, he's terrific at what he does.

Last month I leased my CX 90 Mazda from Budds Mazda in Oakville. From the receptionist to the salesperson and the office manager the whole process was seamless. Jason in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the car as well as accommodating my extra options to make the deal. Mohmmed was also helpful explaining all the extras and extended warranties they offered. All the staff were very professional and at no time did I feel pressured to make the deal.I would not hesitate to buy or lease my next car with Budds

We were unfortunately involved in a car accident, which led to the need for a new vehicle as ours was deemed a total loss. Mr. Sean's assistance throughout the process was truly remarkable, displaying genuine thoughtfulness, clarity, and efficiency. We sincerely appreciate all the help provided in making the transition to our new car as smooth as possible.

I have been taking my Mazda to this location for servicing for about a year now. Everyone is super friendly, and the technicians always do great work on my car. I have no complaints at all when it comes to that, and I trust their honesty when it comes to the recommendations of what needs to be done on my car. They need some work on their complimentary car wash though! Looks like they washed my vehicle with dirty water after it was serviced. Not very impressed by that one

We leased the CX5 GT and it comes with almost all features. The only thing with Mazda is the sunroof is not that big. We found the price to the value is much better than any other car. Our purchasing experience was very good. Joseph was very nice, he was very helpful and I think he made us comfortable since the first visit.

My experience with this dealership has been nothing but top notch. From the friendly receptionist to the best sales person I’ve ever met. Brent goes above and beyond and spends as much time before AND after your purchase explaining everything until you are comfortable with your new vehicle. I’m very happy and would highly recommend Brent to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The Mazda product speaks for itself: it’s just plain and simply awesome!

12/10 experience with Brent Parker and the Oakville Budds Mazda team.I went in there driving my 2006 Mazda 3, and three months later left with my 2023 CX-30 GS AWD. Brent was super patient, informative, and responsive throughout the whole experience. This was my first new car, and I really wanted to make sure I was getting everything I wanted/needed, and Brent made sure that happened. During my first schedule visit, he suggested I test drive both the models I was interested in, and right away I knew the CX-30 was for me.When I ordered my car, the CX-30 had an estimated 6-8 month wait. Mine was produced a lot sooner than expected, and I was lucky enough to get it in exactly 3 months. Brent kept me updated throughout every movement of the car; when the order was submitted, when it went into production, when the car was loaded onto the cargo, when it was on its way to Budds, etc. Since this was a new car, I had a million questions and Brent was always very knowledgeable and able to answer them. When the car arrived, he sat down with me for over 40 minutes to ensure I felt comfortable with all the new features and technology that I wasn’t used to and taught me all the cool tricks and tips.Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn’t imagine it going any smoother. If you’re looking for a new or used car, I would highly recommend reaching out to Brent Parker! Again, a big thank you to the Budds Mazda team, they really outdid themselves.

I was very pleased with my recent Oil Change visit to Budd's Mazda. As always, the Customer Service Advisors are second to none! Ben Baldin kept me informed throughout my recent visit, was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout. All items were explained to me first, and my consent received prior to work being completed. I will definitely being going back regularly with my Mazda 3! Thanks again so much, Ben, and to all the great staff behind the scenes.
