Megan reached out to us because she knew we were looking for an electric vehicle with a longer km driving range than the one we had bought previously and let us know the dealership was having a big Tesla sale. She brought us a gorgeous red model 3 to try for the weekend and we fell in love with it. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and even took a call and a few texts when I couldn't figure out a few of the options (totally on me, I'm not good with tech at all). Completing the purchase was easy, we received fantastic trade in value on our 1 year old Mazda, and we are beyond thrilled with the overall experience.

We brought our minivan to Island Owl and it actually needed a part that is not made anymore. Tyler from parts was very helpful and informative.Our son is non/verbal special needs and actually really loves our minivan, so we were hoping to get it back.Some time passed and I thought maybe we may not get our Van back. Tyler called to give me updates regularly. One of the conservations with him, he told me he was putting positive vibes out there for us and that really meant a lot to me. I was then hopeful.Tyler found the part and in perfect timing as our son is about to start school in February. Our son was so happy to have our Van back, he wanted to go out joy riding right away :)Tyler went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him very much.I highly recommend Island Owl, they are amazing :)

I drove out my first new car in Canada today and all thanks to Darryl for assisting/guiding me through out the process. Island Owl Mazda went that extra mile to help me in every aspect. Particularly, they took care of my new car when I was gone to my home country for a month and ensured the car was all ready when I was back. Lastly, the entire staff at Island Owl was friendly, supportive and I would recommend to visit once when you are planning to buy a new or used vehicle.

There are almost unlimited options for us these days in terms of purchasing a vehicle. However, we preferred to take the approach of buying locally and forming a relationship so we could move from the purchase transaction into a long term service relationship. Make it about Community.When we walked onto the lot it wasn’t long before we were greeted by a very enthusiastic Mike.”Car salesman” oozed from his pores and he obviously paid attention in his “how to dress like a car salesman” class. We were ready to run but almost immediately he showed us that this wasn’t going to be one of those experiences. It wasn’t long before he earned our trust and made us feel like he was genuinely looking out for our best interests. After all, we were there to find a vehicle for our daughter. It had to be right. Mike made the transaction fun. He and I set up a plan to surprise my daughter and it worked perfectly. Who knew he could act as well. Mike also put a lot of effort into helping me find my next truck. He was, and still is, such a pleasure to deal with.Along the way we also met Dana. She knows her stuff. We were impressed with how transparent and open she was. It was refreshing. It doesn’t have to be a game. Equally honest and transparent, Ocho helped put together a deal where everyone felt like they were taken care of. He also proved that it’s not all about the dealership but about the customer and providing outstanding customer service.All of you do your job exceptionally well. We couldn’t have left feeling more respected, heard and better taken care of. This is the beginning of a long term relationship. We went in as customers and left as friends.
