Nicely located future promising, missing so so badly the return of a Ferry hydrofoil service line between Toronto and Rochester by the Cat then the Breeze or any other company, wish a line goes to Niagara On The Lake, why not a seasonal high speed hydrofoil Boat service running between Toronto and Niagara On The Lake?????!!! Once a day, Special high speed boat as use to be.

The fact that I have to stand in line as a season pass holder to buy an additional pass for a guest is absurd. There is little value to buying your pass the summer before and being a loyal customer. The sun down rate is the busiest time of the day, because the park is unreasonably priced during the day. The purchasing system needs to be made more efficient to deal with these peak times. However I cannot imagine the park is breaking even on ticket purchases.

I would have given no stars but it doesn’t allow that option.The “boss” at the docks was rude, offensive and confrontational and made it very clear that commercial fishermen are not welcome. So commercial fishermen will take their money to parksville where we are welcome. Customer service is just that no matter what industry you are in.
