Dustin was great to work with - he helped me understand how the system works, how often it should be pumped, etc. I would highly recommend and are competitive with pricing. Also learned this is a family owned business which is awesome.

Excellent service from Koep's. We called and we're not in a hurry, but he came the same day. He gave us a lot of useful information on how to maintain our septic and not have future problems. He was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

We had an urgent septic issue on a Sunday. Called Koep's. Quick return call and Dustin showed up prior to time they gave me. Dustin was super quick to resolve our problem and provided great customer service. We have used Koep's for 5 years and this is why. GREAT SERVICE!!! Highly recommend.

I called them on Sunday afternoon.and someone answered! They took my details and showed up on time the next day to clean out our sewer system. Very courteous and professional. Dustin also gave me a quick sewer system knowledge talk. Highly recommended!

His brother Bob did it a couple years ago. love supporting family businesses.very prompt, professional, courteous and reasonable!. did an excellent job and i'd recommend Koep's to anyone needing their services. gave me some good information and tips to maintain the system between pumps - Thanks Dustin!

In February our co-op had a broken sewer line and needed our tank pumped multiple times. Some calls were scheduled and some unexpectedly came up. Koeps were always on time or quick to respond. I would certainly use their service if I need them in the future.
