Clean Air Restoration

This place was the cheapest I found out of a dozen or so I called for a main level dryer vent cleaning. Making the appt. was easy, wasn't pushy and was pleasant to talk to. Was willing to answer my questions as to how they do this cleaning. I received quotes from $200! to $95. Yeah, no brainer and they did a good throughough job, were easy to talk to and helpful. I even recommended my neighbor and family.

From the very beginning, they were easy to work with. I scheduled my dryer vent cleaning easily online. They came out the next day, called when they were on the way, and explained their process. He worked worked quickly and got the job done. Highly recommend!! Will use you guys again… FOR SURE!

I contacted Clean Air Restoration to clean my dryer vent. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process. He documented the work and showed me before and after pictures. I am happy with the job that was done.

RJ and the crew were very easy to work with. We had them in to clean the soot from a chimney fire and then again after the chimney repair people covered our house with cement dust. Both times the cleaning was fast and well done. The only reason for the missing star is I wished they would have factored in cleaning of our books into their estimate.

I placed a request for my dryer vents to be cleaned. It was obvious my coil vent was too long and needed to be reattached to the backside of the house.The technician, Kyle, offered to pick up the supplies to fix the issues. I’m 100% satisfied with the service. Kyle explained every step prior to installing the new vent. He went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!

I contacted them via they're website to request a duct and dryer vent cleaning and they responded and scheduled me promptly. Their technicians came out and we're prompt and friendly and got the job done.A few days after the cleaning, we used our dryer and it was rattling around and making noises it hasn't made before the cleaning. When we contacted them they sent out a team to take a look and thought it wasn't anything they did. Still at my insistence, they contacted an appliance repair service to take a look and be the adjudicator as well as fix the issue.The repair person said it was likely that the damage was done as a part of the service, that he had seen cases like this before, and sent his documentation to Clean Air Restoration saying such. I contacted Clean Air a week later and talked with them and while they were still skeptical that the damage was caused as a result of the service, they covered the cost of the repairs.Throughout all of this they were kind and patient with me which I greatly appreciate. I will be using them again as while the service didn't go as planned, they did what was needed to make it right.
