Rob was great to deal with. He resolved an ongoing issue I had with a new toilet installation by another contractor. He was very professional and personable. He came very highly recommended and I would recommend him to anyone.

The 2 plumbers who replaced my kitchen faucet were very neat, clean and professional. They made sure all the fittings did not leak when the water was turned on and vacuumed the kitchen floor before leaving. This company are the to go to people for any plumbing job.

I was referred to this service by Task Master Handyman when the scope of the job required a professional plumber. Living in a building and having dealt with the building’s preferred plumber, I can tell you that Galaxy blows the competition out of the water. The plumber that arrived (Nicholas) took extra care to triple check his work and, using a work light, showed me everything he did so I could see for myself and trust that the job was done right. It's such a blessing to find Galaxy Plumbing on a Sunday. Had a severe leak on our driveway and needed to turn off the valve right away. They came within 10-15 mins and fixed the issue. Rob (and his team) is very professional and knowledgeable. We eventually had them fix the main problem and they did a great work, made sure we are all ok before they left. So thankful to have met Bob and his team. We are forever grateful!

Galaxy Plumbing provided excellent service throughout the whole experience. Rob replied to my initial phone message within couple of hours and was easily accessible via phone and text after that. The job was scheduled within a day including expected time frame installer would attend. Nick (installer) contacted me prior to arriving which was a couple of hours prior to set time. This was great. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly. It is good to experience such great service from the onset until the job completion. Rob and his guys did a great job. They were knowledgeable and honest. Good communication throughout the work. Replaced a lead pipe water service to the city shut off, installed new floor drain in utilty room and installed new sump pump. Highly recommend Galaxy plumbing for any plumbing work!

Toilet Installation - Perfect Job!! The skirted toilet was installed where 3 other plumbers were either hesitant or flat out refused this difficult task. It was done professionally and the whole project went without a hitch. They even took the time to put the little ring around the toilet pipe coming out of the wall, to give it a clean and finished look. They showed me how both flushes work and changed the push flush to the black i had ordered from the U.S. It was flawed in one corner but they installed it and the flaw has vanished!! Rob was great! He was very professional and quick to drop by and assess the issue. He communicated when the shower parts were coming in (specialty parts, hard to find) and fixes everything good as new! will definitely use in the future.
