Lou Nails House

I will forever live laugh love this place!! My best friend was in town and we had decided to get our nails done at another nails place, as a friend has recommend to us. It was a horrible, uncleanly experience there, but at least her nails turned out okay. Mine did not. It ruined my whole day and I genuinely wanted to chew off the acrylics; they were so uglyI called two other places that both said they couldn't fit me in that day, but Lou Nail House said yes!! My nails were removed in a professional manner that did not involve my teeth, new acrylics were put on, and the artist completely understood that I wanted stiletto nails, not chocolate-covered- raisins nails that were already rising from my nail bed. The artist seemed to have higher standards for the outcome of my nails than I did!It was highly hygienic! The clean, polished style of decorating of the salon immediately shows just how a safe and hygienic place this is!! The artist wore gloves and everyone working there wore a mask, so I will definitely be coming again as I want to go to a place that I know the employees won't be slowly poisoning themselves from having to breathe in all the fumes that come from doing nails.The nail stations were clean and although I didn't get a pedicure, every time someone getting a pedicure finished and got up from their chair, it was cleaned within two minutes, even though there weren't customers coming in.I highly highly highly recommend coming here and I am so incredibly grateful that they were able to fit me in and fix my nails and day!

Such a lovely spot! The workers are so professional, and my mom and I had a wonderful time. Love my barbie inspired nails!

This salon was by far the best experience I’ve ever had everyone was so kind and welcoming, they asked all the right questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were also so kind enough to offer me tea, coffee, or water throughout my appointment. I will be returning for all my future appointments!

Owner was very nice and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted! Salon was very clean. There was no wait time, and the owner is very accommodating to same day appointments. I highly recommend going to this nail salon.

I have been going to Lou since before she became independent. I followed her to her new shop and boy am I sure glad I did. Her ivy and Anthony are very friendly and very accommodating. Today I went in after another shop butchered my nail set and Anthony quickly took me in, got the ugly polish off, fixed them up and painted them beautifully. I will recommend them to anyone anywhere anytime I have never once been disappointed.

I absolutely LOVED this salon! My best friend and I booked an impromptu nail appointment here for our well-needed mental health day, and they were so kind to book us in for an appointment! I was taken care of by Anthony who did an amazing job with almond nail extensions. It was my first time ever getting nail extensions and he took care of me and my nails so well! Lou then added us to their loyalty program. Overall, such a beautiful nail salon with insanely talented and kind technicians. Will DEFINITELY be back again!

Just got my nails done for my first Taylor Swift concert I’ll be going to this weekend. Love my nails so much they are exactly what I wanted. It’s going to make the concert even more memorable. Also amazing service considering I chose 11 colours to match each of her albums & Lou was so nice and welcoming. Thanks so much ♥️
