Guitar store

I took two guitars (an acoustic and an electric) to Jason for a routine checkup and set up after 20 years of playing. He took the time to explain what was needed and then what he had done all for a very reasonable cost. Now my guitars look like new and play better than ever. I won’t hesitate to bring a guitar back to Jason again.

After a misunderstanding, and after speaking with Salomon Bernier and Alex at RedOne Music, I realize that sometimes things happen. These guys took very good care of me and I believe that they do care about their customers. They do what it takes to make their customers happy..... and they did that with me. The Hofner bass looks good and arrived quickly via UPS. Thanks so much guys! Cheers.

Did not know about this shop until I missed out on a local kijiji listing and the seller told me I could grab the same guitar new at this place. So I emailed the store regarding the Ibanez Prestige in question and got a prompt response from Ryan who proceeded to answer all my questions. Given the lockdown I couldn't actually see the guitar but he assured me it was pristine and smooth. Took his word for it and ordered it online and then picked it up via curbside the same day. Guitar was fantastic as described and the customer attention was excellent. Will do business here again.

Came in looking for a digital piano and did a lot of research ahead of time. I knew this location is older/smaller but I was plesantly surprised they had most of the various Yamaha digital piano ranges to try assuming you are looking for a Yamaha piano.Linda did not give any pressure and was not pushy at all. She ended up introducing me to Yamaha silent pianos which I knew nothing about. Checks all my boxes except the price obviously. She told me all the various features etc. but I still like to validate and read online forums before buying. Everything checked out and I worked out my finances and decided to go with a new Yamaha silent piano a few days later!Only comment, expect to pay more to move a piano up a flight of stairs. I was originally told it was going to be around an additional $100 but it turned out to be $200.

If I could give a 6/5 I would. Amazing guitar selections great sales support and excellent tech. This is an allround excellent place. AND everyone there is totally into music. Was a very refreshing experience. I drove 2 hrs from Kingston Togo here. I think that says something...

I bought a keyboard stand from this location. Tommy was very helpful finding me the right stand. He was genuinely interested in my questions and gave me really good information about everything I asked him.

Music Works Canada is a great shop to buy trusted musical instruments as well as to learn music. I love this place. Peter is nice and very helpful too!

I've given Jetts 3 chances now, and am never returning. I would sooner travel out of town to purchase my gear. This isn't to bash the store, the owners or employees in anyway but, its constructive critiscm. Read these, take them into consideration and potentially become a better store. My first experience was when i was just beggining my music, i wanted to purchase an electric, i had been playing for a few months. They denied me to play any guitars because i didnt have the cash on me (i was 12, like my mom was gonna let me run around with 500 bucks in my pocket.) So i left, went to L&M and spent 600 dollars. 2 years later, i return, with my cash in hand, 1500$, and they were so unknowledgeable and were of no help so again L&M got my business instead. And not so long ago now, i walked in for a simple pair of strings, and they were pressuring me to buy more, and someone made the remark ''whats the point of coming in for a single pack of strings'' while speaking amongst eachother. That was my last straw. I walked out for my last time. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this is not one i can stand behind. Go to Cosmic Daves if you want great customer service, amazing guitars and prices, and still support local. Jetts has potential, if only they would work on their customer service and such.

I made my first online guitar purchase, and I'm happy to say that Petro from Oxbow was the most professional, curtious and helpful person. He made the entire experience comfortable and safe. The service he provided was above any 5 star rating i can give. I would recommend his store 100%.The guitar I ordered arrived within 24 hours, which is amazing considering he shopped from east coast to west.It was double boxed and very well packed.Honestly I can not say enough good things about the store and Petro. Excellent service from s very nice guy.

While on holidays, emailed to request a quote for ordering Choral music for a community group. Finally almost week later, was in contact with a rep for ordering, however very little contact going back and forth. After another week of correspondence still didn't get full quote of what was requested nor any details as to why all the pieces could not be ordered. I understand we are in difficult times with trying to keep up with everything but felt like my business wasn't a priority so ended up taking my business somewhere else. Good thing too. Not only ended up ordering more than I was looking for but got it for a way better deal and have already received confirmation of shipment within the same day of ordering. Your loss was another business' gain.
