Short term apartment rental agency

Booked through Booking.com in November for a stay at the end of April, things went smoothly ... and then COVID hit! I knew early on that the event I was attending was canceled so I followed Booking.com directions for cancelling the reservation. The response I got back included this message from the accommodation, The business is totally shut down and we don't have access to the office" which Booking.com took to mean can't cancel. While investigating where to go next

De l'extérieur l'immeuble semble un peu bisard, mais une fois à l'intérieur, on y trouve des appartements très classe. Parfaitement décoré, panier de bienvenu, cuisine bien équipée, etc. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.Aussi, l'immeuble est situé à quelques minutes d'un grand carfour commercial.

We stayed for 5 days in August at this location, highly recommend it. Location is great, the host is wonderful and very helpful. Will stay here again. Thank you Nousha

The condo where I stayed was well managed and close to grocery shopping and the bus stop. The amenities were also good as there was a playground for kids, indoor pool, gym and library. The rooms were also adequately equipped with utensils and small appliances to settle in quickly. The team- Maryam and Jessica were very hospitable, responded to enquiries in time and were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion is that the cleaning could be better before check in. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and book again!

Our host was so easy to communicate with and was warm and welcoming, even leaving a special gift for us when we did our check-in. We were allowed to smoke and vape inside as well as on the large balcony of our condo, which was a great advantage for us.We had relatives showing us around town and they came partying with us in our condo – we had such a blast!!! The condo was central and well stocked as well as comfortable. We were also close to the Exhibition Place where the Canadian National Exhibition (The Ex) was taking place.We then moved to Toronto's Entertainment District where we found many great spots – our host has provided us with a great list to help us finding them.It was the best weekend ever and we can’t wit to live a 420-experience like that again. Loved it and we strongly recommend - you won't regret it!

The pea soup

Excellent place to stay! Extremely quiet, great for a single guy. Great for working in the city, temporary lodging close to Spruce Grove and Devon, well kept and maintained. The water pressure can be low at times but that was the only issue after staying for a full year. Maria and company are great. If Ya pay your rent on time and be a respectful tenant you can have a nice stay here.

Convenient location, the free shuttle to the village was great. Rooms were a little outdated, our upstairs bathroom toilet didn't work at all. Hot tub was nice and working, but a far walk from our building. Great price for a decent experience and a place to sleep.

Nous avons reçu un service impeccable et très professionnel de la part de Luckey. Je les recommande fortement. Le ménage était très bien fait et j'avais une réponse rapide de leur part lorsque j'avais des questions.

Nous avons utilisé les services de Luckey pour la location de notre appartement et le service a vraiment été fantastique. Nous n'avons pas eu à lever le petit doigt durant tout le contrat. Merci Yannick et l'équipe.
