It was our first time working with Cloud 9 AV. From the first time we met Jay to when the fantastic AV/lighting experts left our house (on time and budget!) it was an awesome experience. They took the time to listen to us and customized everything to our needs (let be real...wants). Anyway, we would highly recommend them. The many years of experience was highly evident throughout.

National Source AV is great to work with. I appreciate that they back their products. Instead of carrying everything from everyone they work with select groups of manufactures so each product is from a trusted partner that excels in its field. I know I can trust them for great recommendations, products and service!

The customer service is excellent - Craig was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions and providing additional advice and accommodation regarding the rental equipment. Highly recommend!

We hired Design Electronics for the design and installation of a extensive Crestron smart home system for our custom project in Oakville. Clinton and his team were very knowledgeable, fully transparent and reasonable, and simply a pleasure to work with. The project was completed to strict deadlines and all necessary modifications or issues were resolved quickly and fairly. I used to work at this place and left for many reasons. I would not recommend this to future employees as a functional working environment. If you don’t enjoy being “slave driven” and underpaid then this is not the place for you. From a customer standpoint do your homework and shop around, once you make your purchase and you’re not a large corporation “customer service” is not very interested in you. If you’re a school board and thinking of using Advanced good luck with accuracy in pricing and getting your shipment and installation in time not to mention properly done. Not a very organized firm.
