I have a great relationship with this company since their beginning. I primarily live out of state and would rather use Automated Living in Missoula than my local contractors because of there professionalism, experience and price. Their product line is the best on the market and their staff is dedicated to getting everything working right. They have the knowledge and experience to handle large projects and I trust it will be done right.

I tried to run data cables throughout my house myself. After a full day of struggling I decided to call in a professional. They were able to schedule me an appointment the same day and the technician was at my house right on time. It took him about an hour to accomplish what would have taken me days at least! They were super professional and friendly! I definitely would recommend Automated Living to anyone!

Their thoughtful planning and execution is truly an acquired art form. Don knows his stuff when it comes to integrating with the home infrastructure, product capabilities and equipment, Joe runs a tight ship and knows what really works in practical applications, and along with the crew they are an incredible install team who is hard working and meticulous, while Nick is a whiz programmer with deep product knowledge and flawless execution. They each are capable and eager to jump in and help each other brainstorm solutions and address any issues, and their prompt attention to detail is what really puts them in a league of their own here in the Missoula area. They really are a one stop shop for all things home entertainment, automation and security. Because of their job well done we can enjoy our space and sleep better at night. I am glad to have met them and happy to recommend Automated Living to anyone looking for a legit system at an honest price with a super clean install.

Excellent experience. A couple years ago, we used Automated Living to update our home sound system with Sonos. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Recently, we decided to get rid of Sonos and update the entire home sound system. Again, have nothing but good things to say about them. Don and Jason have gone above and beyond answering my millions of emails filled with questions about the equipment options and were patient and professional addressing all my concerns prior to finally placing the order.

Automated Living recently did some work for us. The technician arrived right on time and was highly professional. After the work was done, he explained everything and took the time to answer our questions. I highly recommend this company and intend to use them again as we incorporate more technology into our home.

I own a small business in Missoula and had Automated Living install TV's at my business and my home this past month and couldn't be happier with the experience.They had great recommendations, helped me figure out the best options for what I was looking for and I never felt they were pushy or stacking up costs. Very professional and quick service as well.There was even an issue with one of the TV's installed (Not their fault, just a faulty TV) and they got it replaced right away - Just in time for NBA playoffs!Will work with them again in the future and highly recommend anyone else consider doing the same!

Don and Nick(?) came in to do a TV mount install above our fireplace. With the uneven surface and tools needed, I decided to call the pros and I'm glad I did. These guys were clean, professional, and fast. They were extremely respectful of our space and the install turned out exactly how we wanted it. I highly recommend Automated Living and I'll be a return customer should I ever run into anything I don't have the confidence to do myself.

Nick and his team is so good at this, they were fast on getting to us and setting up our tv and speakers. Since then I have purchased two more Sonos speakers and they are nice. I’d highly recommend them.

The crew at Automated Living know what they are doing! Nick Anderson had our speakers cut, wired, and installed for surround on some very high ceilings in NO TIME! We've already hired this crew to install more components when our build gets further along. They finish their job perfect and fast, and won't get beat on price.
