The absolute best PT. For rock climbing, look no further than Maria Artiuch.This establishment overall is excellent. Facilities are clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the booking and payments processes are transparent and easy. Never had any problems with them.Maria, in particular, is excellent. She is super friendly, fun to chat with while doing longer therapy or exercises, is knowledgeable, explains the reasoning behind the treatment to you, and, most importantly, it works beautifully. After my injury, I was back at it quickly and with full recovery. If I'm ever injured again, she will be my first choice.

Dr. Franco Vincelli, at The Active Health Institute, is an excellent chiropractor. He takes time to listen to his patients’ needs before each visit and changes his plan accordingly. I have had different issues with my back and hips and he has made so many of the symptoms disappear. He and his staff are friendly, accommodating and get to know their patients. His schedule allows for before and after work appointments. I have already recommended Dr. Vincelli to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Altima physio. Richa helped me. She is an excellent professional physio therapist. She gave me all the care, time, information and exercises needed. I feel much more better now. Great customer service in general they are all so friendly.

Reza has been my physio therapist for a consistent 9 months for my left leg, treating my past injuries of my foot and presently my hip and Achilles tendon. He is extremely knowledgeable and a laser focussed professional which in turn has regained my mobility, strength and balance needed for my day to day activity. I thank Reza for his impeccable passion for healing and honesty as well as the rest of the clinic team for always being helpful, friendly and delivering a comfortable atmosphere. This place is wonderful. The receptionists and clinicians are kind, understanding, truly listen to you, and provide effective treatments. Frequently, they can see you on short notice. Dr. Kwong, in particular, is wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly, transparent in his communication (no medical edubabble) and seeks feedback about treatment. Highly recommended!!

Acumen Clinic is fantastic! They supported me to have my hip replacement done in another province. Offered excellent before and after care. I also completed my replacement rehab with Miranda at the clinic, the care and support was next level. 4 months post surgery you cannot tell I have ever had a hip replaced. I am looking forward to doing some strength training and conditioning in 2023 at Acumen Clinic.
