I worked with Lyndsay by keeping a food log so she could provide feedback about changes I could make to my diet to achieve my goals. We worked together to make a meal plan that worked with the food I like and my lifestyle. She provided in-depth information and I appreciated her approach!

I felt very supported in my goals as Austin was very interpersonal and created a positive environment to discuss my needs. I found my meal plan had a great underlying goal of healthier choices while having variety and not compromising the enjoyment of the foods I like. Julie was also such a great coordinator and you can tell there is a high standard of professionalism and care for JMN clients!
