First time getting therapeutic massage for both shoulder and knee issues two weeks ago and Robin was fantastic. While both issues require longer term treatment (and physio), there was definitely some relief after our session. Robin then gave me tips for both issues as well as some advice on loosening my calves/thighs after long runs, which has also helped with some of my leg knottiness.I've got another appointment booked for tomorrow!

I highly recommend Trent Health in Motion. My physiotherapist Kaitlin is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I didn't know where to go for physio so I decided to try here. I am glad I made the right decision. Front receptionists are very friendly and they send reminders before your appointment 2 days before, which is nice in case you have to reschedule.

I've been seeing (co-owner) Michael Williams for several years for various physio needs ranging from back spasms, to rotator-cuff pain, and tennis elbow. I'm continually surprised by his breadth of knowledge and expertise. He's been able to help me every time to the point where the issue has completely resolved and has not returned. The front-desk staff is also excellent. I couldn't recommend THIM more highly.

I see Madeleine Ganly for monthly massages. She's an excellent practitioner and very attentive to her clients. Vega is at the front desk and she's wonderful as well. I'll never go anywhere else!
