Laurie was compassionate and supportive, especially with a very young client. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave my daughter the necessary time to make the best possible decisions about her father's funeral. She was thoughtful and inclusive with family members with exceptional needs. She coordinated with out of town relatives. She went way above and far beyond!

Janice was an absolute joy to work with! She was incredibly helpful in planning our ceremony, answering our questions, and crafting the perfect ceremony for us. She was very flexible despite having to change our date twice due to COVID. At the ceremony she was so warm and lovely in her delivery and we received so many positive comments from our guests!

The best photo studio i've visited. The owner is very polite and knows his craft well, super sufficient and top quality service. Got my visa photos in minutes and they look great! fare priced as well. He also offers printing and photocopying service in the store. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Eric!

My wife and I had James officiate our wedding and we can't say enough good things! After one meeting with James and seeing how relaxed and fun he was we knew he was the perfect fit. He provided us with a timeline and 3 different ceremony drafts up to the date of to confirm we were happy. On our wedding day he was fun and engaged with the crowd and we got a bunch of positive feedback on him from our guests. Couldn't be happier with how our day went! Thanks James!!

A Celebrant, by definition, is a person who is empowered to lead a ceremony. Evidently, the Webster people had not met Linda when they chose this basic description. Linda went so far above and beyond the basics bringing her welcoming personality, love and gentle soul to our celebration of life ceremony. It's so rare and refreshing to find someone so passionate and emotionally invested in their work, but what’s even more rare is to leave a ceremony and discuss how much more the officiant brought us during this difficult time.Congratulations Linda, you’ve truly found your calling in life. We are lucky and honoured to have had your gift bestowed upon our family and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

They renovated this place recently and it looks amazing. Really modern. Meeting rooms, projectors, elevator, screens, fireplaces... Haven't seen too many funeral home interiors but from few that I have - this one is the best.Oh and staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I came in to ask some questions with no intention to buy anything - yet they welcomed me, made me a cup of coffee and gave me a smile.

The loss of a loved one is not easy, but we could not have chosen a better place to say goodbye to our beloved mother. At Annette's chapel, a very warm and lovely place, we felt at peace.Outstanding services from start to finish, well organized. They think about every detail from the complementary lasagna after arrangements (our mom has just passed that day), the beautiful memorial candle, the lovely legacy book and video, the extended family care program, which includes post-funeral services to help us with all the necessary paperwork after her death (Thanks Katherine Mamalyga).Furthermore, the staff is the best, very professional, caring, understanding; they made us feel at ease during this time of sorrow.
