Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

Probablement que pour les électriciens, c'est bien. C'est ce que j'ai pu constater. Mais pour les clients ''ordinaires'' comme nous, si j'avais pu mettre des étoiles en moins je l'aurais fait. J'ai été reçue comme une moins que rien. Presque qu'avec dédain.Pourquoi ouvrir au grand publique si on n'est pas capable de leur donner un bon service?Le service à la clientèle est clairement à revoir! Plus jamais Lumen!Je ne recommande pas du tout l'expérience.

J & D Electric
We lost heat in our bedroom earlier this week and were unsure as to why. My wife contacted J&D and they had someone out to us that same afternoon. They identified the problem within 30 minutes, our convection heater had sadly broken. The electrician offered to contact his wholesaler right away and found a unit. Went out, came back and installed it all within an hour and a half. Great service and made sure we were up and running. Should I ever need an electrician in the future they will be the first folks I reach out to.
