Great experience here on International Women's day! The staff were really friendly and the daily tea they had prepared tasted great.

Always wonderful service and you are allowed to sniff the flavoured teas before purchasing. I find that extremely helpful. Lots of items all tea associated to purchase, great gift ideas no matter what the occasion.

Good selection of teas, good selection of organic blends. Some teas can be a little on the expensive side. Most teas I have tried have been of high quality

Great location & great customer service. I really enjoy going into this location because the staff are educated & know a little about each tea which is always nice! I also like hearing some recommendations every now and then. The staff are well trained & know the products & promotions well for each season. I have so many teas now so I haven't been since Christmas but I'll be back soon!!!

We stopped here in downtown Victoria. The service and information we received regarding the tea was great. We tasted several teas and were able to make some wonderful choices.

Went there on Sunday to get some cream of Earl Grey tea (it's my fav) and when it was my turn I walked over to the left till and the lady at the till completely ignored me and called the couple behind me to a different till... So I waited at the till that I was at not understand omg what was going on so that I could buy my tea and the lady that was servicing the couple behind me then brought the couple back over to where I was waiting/standing and told me to move so that the couple could pay! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!?!? A business like that doesn't deserve my money, I'll be going downtown to buy my teas for now on.

Always friendly, always happy with the tea. Not the cheapest, but the good quality makes up for it. Can find some good deals online too.
