Beyond Audio has provided excellent after sales support for the smart shades that they installed in my new condo. Brandon & Dustin have established a rapport & have earned my trust. If you call or text them, they will either answer the phone, or reply quickly. I have recently ordered three TV's & mounts from them, as I know they will provide great service. If you want unbelievable customer service & after sales support, Beyond Audio is my first choice, & should be yours too.

We had such a great experience with Beyond Audio with our new home. Dustin went over and above to explain our options and make sure we were happy with all our choices. The guys at Beyond Audio are incredibly meticulous with their work, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a few issues arise when I’ve Airbnb’d my home, and they are always quick to respond and take care of any issues.I’ve been impressed with Ryan and his crew right from the time of the original purchase and install of our Crestron system, and with their after sales service.

Eight years after installing my original house wide A/V system it was great to see that they were still there to handle a significant upgrade. After a power surge that caused some damage Beyond Audio not only advised on upgrading and repairing the system and sourcing the new components at a fair price but the team that came out were clearly very knowledgeable and efficient. If you looking for a company to handle your AV needs then Beyond Audio comes highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon and Beyond audio when I moved into the ONE water condominium in Kelowna. Brandon took the time to show me the process of connecting my phone then reviewing all the smart home aspects of my condo. He also even sighted a mistake my internet provider had made when setting up my modem and went out of his way to fix it. I recommend Brandon for any electrical and smart home jobs and I really enjoyed interfacing with the program he had coded. It was smooth efficient and reliable with his all in one app.
