I went in for a wax removal and was very pleased! The procedure was quick and painless and I have my hearing back! Lindsay and Jesse were wonderful to deal with, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies!! :)

Such a wonderful experience at Arnold Hearing Centre Guelph. From the minute you walk in the doors the staff is welcoming and kind. Sara was amazing with helping my 4 year old get fitted for ear plugs. She went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable with what was happening and made it a positive experience. Thank you!

What a great place! Right from my first contact dealing with Lindsay at the reception the whole process was very quick and easy. I took my 95 year old mother Margaret to have her plugged ear cleaned out. Jesse the hearing technician was very gentle and within a few moments Margaret was hearing again! Both these young ladies are very patient and very upbeat and bubbly. Margaret was extremely pleased with the service (me too!) We would definitely highly recommend Arnold Hearing Guelph

Arnold Hearing was recommended to me by a friend so I finally decided to update my aids. Sara and Lindsay are both amazing! I appreciate the excellent service and guidance I have experienced and I value their patience with me. I was delighted there was no pressure and Sara answered my every question thoroughly. I am still learning my new hearing aids and very much appreciate Sara's follow-up visits to be sure I am totally satisfied and comfortable with her product. Five stars for sure.

I came to Arnold Hearing Centre in Guelph after having an unsatisfactory experience at another hearing clinic. I was having issues with my left ear and couldn't hear properly, so I booked a hearing test. The girl at this other clinic was unprofessional and disinterested in her job.I decided to get a second opinion because I was still having issues. I knew I made the right decision from my initial contact with Lindsay. She was friendly, listened to my concerns and promptly booked a hearing test. On the day of the appointment I saw Jesse. She immediately discovered that I had a buildup of wax in my ears and skillfully removed it. I could finally hear again. I was beyond pleased with the service and would highly recommend this centre. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can rest assured that you will get the utmost care. Thanks again Jesse and Lindsay!

I had an AMAZING experience here! Sarah was amazing and my ears feel so much better! I had really bad ear wax and she was very friendly, professional and I can hear clearly now! Everyone was really nice and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has anything ear related!!!!

I went to see Jesse again this week after concerns about ear wax, tinnitus and possible further hearing loss. I received so much information and went away relieved and satisfied. Turns out I have no ear wax to remove and my hearing didn’t get much worse, just reminded that I should my hearing aids and get used to them. Thanks so much Jesse for your advice and help to understand a few things. Love your new office and equipment!

Such an amazing place!!! They recently moved into a bigger office space and it's very accommodating for people with disabilities. Since the very first time I contacted them and spoke with Lindsay I instantly felt that I found the RIGHT place to help me with finally being able to hear properly. My first appointment Jesse made me feel very comfortable with doing an updated hearing test, from there we booked an appointment a few weeks later to get a pair of trial hearing aids. Being someone who has had 8 set of tubes to now being able to hear is absolutely a blessing. Thank you so much for Jesse and The Arnold Hearing team with changing my life forever.

Based on my first visit to Arnold's Hearing Centre with a friend I decided to have my ears checked. Had major wax build up which required 5 days of oil in each ear to soften the wax. I returned for the appointment and was not looking forward to the procedure. However, Daniela and Jesse were both amazing and got the job done and were very understanding about my fear of the procedure. It was painless. On another note, we would like to thank you Lindsay for always giving such great customer service.Colene H.
