Noland Trombley and Armstrong NexGen Hearing staff:Absolutely phenomenal. Noland was able to fit me in on such short notice as well as take the time to ease some of my anxieties regarding my rising health concerns. Both Noland and his staff have showed upmost kindness and professionalism throughout the whole experience. I left the exam feeling validated and respected. Noland and his staff also investigated and ensured that my info reached my GP and a ENT specialist. Wow! Above and beyond! So thankful for all the advocacy, support and kindness NexGen in Armstrong has provided. It’s made the worlds difference. Such peace of mind and they are truly there to help assist you through your health challenges. Highly recommend!

NexGen was recommended to me by a friend. The closest outlet was NexGen Armstong. I made an appointment, and after receiving my hearing aids, I went back twice for minor adjustment. I found Noland Trombley the proprietor, very Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, as was his assistant. I strongly recommend NexGen Armstong operated by Noland Trombley to anyone looking to improve their hearing.

Nolan and Linda have both been courteous and professional in their dealings with me. Nolan has gone above and beyond to answer my questions......also to provide the best products to meet my hearing needs. I appreciate the patience and the knowledge that he has shown. I have had a great experience with NexGen. My first set of hearing aids were ones from a big box store in Kelowna. They were inexpensive but after I purchased was never called for follow up visits. No one mentioned I should be retested or go in for annual adjustments. I struggled for 4 years. Until I decided to try our local hearing clinic in Armstrong. I was amazed that I was able to try each set for a week and I ended up purchasing the better of the 3. I paid 3 times what my old pair from Costco but the difference in my hearing is so worth it. I have challenges with my hearing loss since I work in a busy dental office. To have better hearing is so important and worth the money spent. I wear them on an average of 15 to 18 hours a day. I can’t imagine not having them. Thank you Nex Gen for everything.

Service was excellent! After meeting with Noland Trombley I immediately bought the hearing aids which is a decision I would rarely make that quickly. I knew I had some hearing loss, but until I was tested, never realized how much sound I was actually missing. It takes awhile to get used to the aids, and the more feed back you can give the audiologist, the better experience you will have. Just recently received a TV adapter and its just unbelievable! Streams directly to the hearing aids. Haven't been able to enjoy watching TV this much in years! Nolan and Linda at NexGen Hearing in Armstrong are so professional and always there to help with any issues you might have. If you find yourself struggling to hear conversation, TV etc...go see them at NexGen Hearing. You won't be disappointed.

I would like to say that the service I have received from Nolan has been absolutely exceptional. I have had hearing problems for many years so have seen several hearing specialists but haven’t received the extensive testing that I have with Nolan.
