I had a chip on my windshield repaired by Steve today. He travelled to my home was on time and did an excellent job.It is great that I did not have to leave my house and the entire interaction was completed by maintaining social distancing. I am very pleased with this company and Steve's work, and would recommend this company to others.

Rossen Glass & Mirror was an excellent company to deal with. I had multiple small scale glass and mirror cuttings to complete. The customer service was great, their email responses and call back times were always prompt and courteous. My order was exactly as requested and the cost was very fair compared to some astronomical quotes I received. I would definitely recommend!

I was so impressed with the service that they provided me.They responded immediately to my needs, even while dealing with a major snowstorm. The young man I was dealing with was very knowledgeable about what I needed and very courteous. He replaced my door window in no time at all. Absolutely horrendous. The owner/manager of this place is the an absolute incompetent and rude man.Four months to get a window replaced, when we were quoted a month. Called DAILY after the month mark just to get lied to and stood off. 3 months later they say it’s in and it’s not even close to the right window.Another 10 days the correct window is finally in, the helpful tech says he can get it done by the end of the day but manager shuts that down and says it will be done the next day.Next day - manager completely ignores my partner in line to help the next customer. Customer points it out and manager says “nah he’s good.”

Perfect size glass shelves with sanded edges were made for a china cabinet. Was ready in a day.

Terrible service. I got a quote at least a month ago to replace a doorlite and put some reflective film in the interior of our commercial unit. All I wanted to know is whether they could come down on price at all.I have called at least a half dozen times, sent multiple emails and have received no response from Rick.I got Rick (not sure if he's the owner) on the phone twice where he made promises to 'get right back to me'. However, he does not call back, respond to email or voicemails.I can't believe this is how they treat clients who are trying to give them business, therefor I've decided to shop elsewhere.Beware of this company, they definitely do not appreciate the 'small business' clients and you'll be treated second class by Rick.

Great Service. We were very happy with their communication and that we were able to get a courtesy vehicle. Our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
