I Love this place so much!The People are absolutely wonderful and I've had the pleasure of making amazing connections with the Owners, enjoying their enthusiasm and conversation while taking in their diverse collection of Fun and Interesting Pop Culture items. A Great Place to bring friends and family, soo Personable and they have a little something for everybody. I would definetly highlight their room filled with Glass Displays of Antiques, Clocks, Lamps, etc from the Bradford Exchange, lots of Disney and Cartoon Themes, absolutely beautiful to simply stand and admire, (Or even Take home with you) ;)Overall Sweetnam's is a prime example of a wholesome family-owned business, and a treasure to the Kelowna Community. I always leave with an armful of some pretty cool items and a Smile :)

Amazing as always. Needed a dragon for a D&D session last minute, found an adorable baby pink that's perfect. Best nerd store in town.

I've been in this store a few times and I have nothing but good things to say. The people running this shop are the sweetest individuals I have ever met. They go above and beyond to help you, if they don't have what you're looking for they try to find a place that does have it. It's an experience just going there and talking to them.Thank you for the polar express bell yesterday... we love it!

Went in with my kids today and they had a blast. They’ve got lots of items from Star Wars, Pokémon, animes, Harry Potter, gift wraps and cards, etc.We bought some items and the guy gave my kids some free Pokémon cards and a quarter to buy some gum balls.Would definitely recommend this place to buy some cool toys and items.

Funko Pop! Collectors in Kelowna area - this is BY FAR the best Funko Pop! dealer in your city hands down - and I’ll even go so far as to say my favorite bricks-and-mortar Funko dealer in CANADA. And I’ve shopped at over 25 across the country, and own hundreds of Pops.As a collector living in a smaller city with no serious local dealers, I’ve had to deal with all kinds of frustrations with 15 US and Canadian sites and dozens of collectors in-person. So, when I say this store is my absolute FAVOURITE so far in North America, it truly means something.I was in Kelowna specifically on a semi annual Funko buying spree and had gone to Hot Topic, Sunrise Records, Toys “R” Us, Indigo - and all were a bitter disappointment.THIS store was LAST on my list to check out for the FIRST time. When I walked in the store and saw how MANY Funkos they had, I actually stopped dead in my tracks and gasped in shock out loud. In all honesty, after finding almost nothing all day, I had tears in my eyes there. It felt like discovering Narnia in my closet! I got 19 Funkos altogether - 2/3 at this store alone! The BEST was truly saved for me until LAST! The grey bags in the photo were from this store. I waited 6 months for this trip and this store made it my best ever!They have their Pops displayed brilliantly by collections and sets - it made shopping so much more fun, and they had at least 100 different ones! They’d have all the duplicates behind the first one instead of filling the shelves with 20 copies of the same thing (like Hot Topic) - and they had so many complete sets available there! I think I gasped in surprise a dozen times while shopping there. I couldn’t believe how many Pop! Rides and MANY 10” ones they had! I love classic cartoons and TV shows and they had a ton of it! I got several of them for under $13. Most were $14.95, which was cheaper than anyone else in Kelowna. 9 of the 12 were at least $2 or more cheaper than the official Funko app valuations!As a non-chain dealer, i was also thrilled to see they weren’t just hawking their own Exclusives and nothing else like Hot Topic does - or the insufferable Dragon Ball Z and non-imaginative anime that swamps so many Funko retailer shelves today.I met two of the owners - a mother and son - and they are not only very knowledgeable about Funko, but mom is a collector herself! How amazingly cool is THAT! They also are NICEST, gentlest people you’ll ever meet in Kelowna! And if you have a wish list they will do their best to help, even with pre-order sales of super popular ones!I’m blowing up this review so that these people become THE must-visit store in Kelowna for Funko. True collectors will thank me later. They have a ton of other collectibles as well.The experience for me was like discovering by accident that Narnia was located in my own closet! I can’t WAIT to go back there!
